[SUP]9 [/SUP]The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Jer 17:9 is the reason we cannot trust our hearts to know what is right and wrong. This is what Paul is saying in Rom 7

Rom 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
Rom 7:15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.
Rom 7:16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.
Rom 7:17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
Rom 7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
Rom 7:19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
Rom 7:20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
Rom 7:21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
Rom 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
Rom 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
Rom 7:24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
Rom 7:25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

James chimes in...

Jas 4:5 Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?

Jer 17:9 is why Paul says this...

Rom 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

The Law defines sin...

1Jn 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

I see what is pasted in the post above, 54. Who else sees this as cursing the Jews? The Children of Israel, no matter which tribe, are the chosen of Yahweh. We have been invited through their Gate by God. They are the natural, we are the grafted in. Lord it over them, and you may be pruned and thrown into the fire. Do not curse Yahweh's people; Jesus was a JEW.

Yes JaumeJ, Jesus was a Jew, a real Jew. This means he was descended from the Judah portion of Israel. And, unlike today's counterfeit Jews, today's synagogue of Satan, He was a Jew, a real Jew, by religion also. This means He was opposed to those who did not believe Moses, for as He said:

For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words? John 5:46-47

This explains why today's synagogue of Satan, "them which say they are Jews, and are not..." (Rev. 2:9; 3:9) do not believe Jesus. It's because they do not believe Moses, who wrote "of me." But today's counterfeits, do believe, and do have respect for a blasphemous set of writings known as the Talmud. So don't let the religious establishment tell you that Christians owe their religion to the people of the Talmud, to a people who do not believe Moses. Do not let them tell you that the teachings of Jesus originate in the Talmud. Those words of blasphemy are the antithesis of Moses and Jesus (Google on "Talmud" for suppressed truth on this subject). Neither let the religious establishment tell you to identify Israel based upon a mantra, one repeated as---"Israel rejected Jesus." This cannot be reconciled with Hebrews, an epistle to Hebrew-Israelites. Hebrews tells us that these Israelites did not reject Jesus and the New Covenant. James, another of the general epistle debunks the "Israel rejected Jesus" teaching of organized religion. James, addressed to---"the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad" (James 1:1) describes these Christian Israelites as one and the same with the first century church. And James was written---before the anti-Christ element was routed in AD 70. And how about those---"many thousands of Jews there are which believe" (Acts 21:20)? Does this sound like the Christ rejecting counterfeits of Dispensationalist-Futurist interpretations? How naïve can we be?

It has always been quite clear to me that there are as many cults in Judaism as there are in Christianity. As a matter of fact, as far as I am concerned, any, Jewish or Christian, feeling obliged to name themselves as something distinct to me is a cult.

The Word is the teaching of the Faith of Abraham along with accounts of history according to God, Yahweh. I would not venture to argue that history with my Dad by the way.

As for synagogues of Satan they occur in both instances, Christian and Jew, but I do not judge either. There are believers in all walks and ways. Some are in these named theologies while others call themselves non-believers, yet secretly have faith, some are among eastern religions who wonder why their fellows are so unakin to the spirit they have. Only our Maker knows who is His, and this is the way it should be.

As for my faith, I believe Jesus, Yeshua, who is able to raise children of Abraham from stones, even from me. The faith of Abraham is the Word from the first Book's "In the beginning" to the final "amen" of Revelation. If anyone wishes to fault me for this line of reasoning and faith, he may, but my Father does not. There are many as I here in the forum and everywhere.

I cannot tell you how much I like this post! You said it well brother. Thank you!

In the law of Moses, it is forbidden to marry outside of the ancient Israelite race. So yes let's throw out the blood term since its no avail to today's population of Jews. I don't know whether to believe there is still an "Israel" separate from the church but at the same time I believe there is a millennial kingdom. Something that gets us Christians bent out of shape about.

I think unbelieving Jews are no different than an unbelieving gentile. They both reject Christ. I don't think the 12 tribes are mysteriously among the people. Because if the millennial kingdom comes, it's suppose to fulfill what they hoped for in a sense? I don't know...

Spokenpassage, James, writing to---"the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad" (James 1:1) describes them as one and the same with the first century church. Hebrews, also an epistle to Hebrew-Israelites describes them the same, i.e., as one and the same with the first century church. 1 Peter also, describes the Diaspora to whom it is written as one and the same with the first century church. And then are the---"...many thousands of Jews there are which believe" (Acts 21:20). Again, are thousands of Israelites identified as Christians, as one and the same with the church (i.e., the New Covenant congregations). So don't let the Dispensationalist-Futurist establishment fool you into identifying Israel, based upon their teaching "Israel rejected Jesus," this is a lie, one designed for the benefit of a nation of neo-Pharisees calling themselves "Israel."

JaumeJ, you say "there are cults in Judaism as there are in Christianity." This implies that some branches of "Judaism" are not cults. Which then, of these, of these Messiah rejecting people is not a cult, is not heretical? Please be specific as you explain how a non-Christian religious sect is not a cult. Will await your reply.

Well golly, you could have fooled me!

I have always maintained any named theology is a cult. There is no such thing as Judaism in the Word, nor the various named congregations today. The same holds true for the Christian theologies, none of their names are in the Word, there is only the faith of Abraham, which many of the Biblical figures possessed even before him. It is impossible to find young chicks in old nests, so just ask, do not assume. I think I have been clear on this stance all the time I have been here enrolled here, when the subject arises.

If my words confuse you, imagine how the Jewish people might feel!!! Twisting scripture is confusion, not me agreeing with the Messiah that died for us.

I am trying my best to be clear on what I believe. I have always believed in Jesus, since I was a child. My whole family went to church on Sunday, and the consensus was be a good person and believe in Jesus. Jesus did away with the old testament
Now I know that is false! He said Himself He did not come to do away with the Law, but to fulfill what is written of Him. I was relying on preachers to tell me the Word instead of reading it myself.

He made the distinction not to follow man's laws, but adhere to what the Father gave Moses, love God, love man (10 commandments). It's not about washing hands or which shoe to put on first etc. as the Pharisees taught.

Furthermore, we never even learned about the Feast of the Lord! It's just wrong, all the stuff I've heard in Church all these years. And this is what is confusing, that we mistakenly think we can believe Jesus died for us so we can live as we please. So it's no wonder the Jewish people don't believe, because we have twisted the Messiah's Words.

So basically, a false Messiah is being preached if they say He did away with all the law, prophets, and feasts. And that is what is being preached in most churches today.

[h=3]2 Corinthians 11:14-15[/h]King James Version (KJV)

14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

The Bible does name one church and it is called the Church of God in KJV.

  • Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
  • 1 Corinthians 1:2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both their's and our's:
  • 1 Corinthians 10:32 Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:
  • 1 Corinthians 11:22 What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? what shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.
  • 1 Corinthians 15:9 For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the churchof God.
  • 2 Corinthians 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints which are in all Achaia:

  • Galatians 1:13 For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:
  • 1 Timothy 3:5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

Third party reference to the Jew's religion is just that. The Jews had factions already at the time of Yeshua, however when their constitution was the way, there was no religion, just a state with Yahweh as their King, Who is Yeshua according to Isaiah 9. This is my hearfelt belief and understanding after having read many times all the scripture you have afforded above. All of those places where the word, church, is used could just as well be assemblies. I do believe in assembling to worship Yahweh, but until now I have found all named associations wanting. This does not stop my fellowshipping with all who love Yeshua, whether they call Him this or Jesus or the complete translation of His name, Salvation. Salvation is from the Jews, amen.............thanks

WomanLovesTX, you say "...the Jewish people don't believe because we have twisted God's word." Where do you get this stuff? The Bible says it is because they do not believe Moses.

For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words? John 5:46-47

Why then are you trying to shift the blame, from them to us? Do you not realize what is in their blasphemous religious book the Talmud? If you really want to know why those who "...say they are Jews and are not, but are of the synagogue of Satan" (Rev. 2:9; 3:9) do not believe do an internet search for "Talmud" and discover what these counterfeits do, and do not believe. You will find pages of suppressed truth on this subject.

Plural form...

1Co 11:16 But if anyone seems to be contentious, we have no such custom, nor do the churches of God.

1Th 2:14 For you, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God which are in Judea in Christ Jesus. For you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen, just as they did from the Judeans,

2Th 1:4 so that we ourselves boast of you among the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that you endure,

No need to look up Talmud. Yes, there are actually 4 books not just "Talmud". Not all Jews are to be lumped into one big stew pot. Look that up. And while you are researching, have you read Deuteronomy 13?

JaumeJ, much of the confusion I see in yours and other posts lies in applications of "Jew" wherein it is not stated whether one is using the word, as in the Bible narrative, or in the vernacular. The Jews of 2000 years ago are not one and the same with contemporary "Jews." The Jews in first century Palestine were descended from the "remant" of Judah which returned from captivity. This 42,000 was a "remnant" only, and primarily of Judah (see Ezra 2, Neh. 7). Other Israelites at this time ("the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad"[James 1:1]) were outside of Palestine, and had been for centuries. "Jew," in the vernacular (i.e., as applied to contemporary Jews) identifies, by there own admission, a mostly non-Israelitish people. Google on The Invention of the Jewish People by Israeli professor Shlomo Sand, and the Thirteenth Tribe by Arthur Koestler, and the 2012 Johns Hopkins DNA Study. All these are Jewish researchers, and all document the fact that today's "Jews?are not descended from ancient Israel, but are of the non-Israelitish Ashkenazi-Khazar people. So please, do a bit of research, do your homework before blindly committing to the idea that today's "Jews" are the heirs of God's promise to Abraham (Gen. 12:3).

Jews are designated by Yahweh, not dna or a current pedigree recognized by man. I am quite steady in my understanding of who and what a Jew is on every level. This has been my devotion since the 1960's, that is, to please Jesus, Yeshua, by recognizing His line, His tribe, His people, and what He has done for you, for me and for all mankind but thank you for your appraisal.

Yes WomanLovesTX, I have read Deuteronomy 13 and it's quite obvious as to what you are implying. It's your attempt to discredit a truth you do not like explained.

(Zep 3:15 KJV) The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.

(Mark 15:32 KJV) Let Christ the King of Israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe. And they that were crucified with him reviled him.
