I have studied, and Zechariah 14:16-18 is prophecy. "every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem." Not just some, but all the nations of the world. If you want to know more, just ask. If not, keep up your contest.
sorry mate. just so wrong on so many levels. why did you have to insert all the nations of the world. it doesnt say that. does it.

no contest. you are just...well, wrong. and teaching false doctrine. pretty serious stuff. but you have a choice to swallow your pride and find out the truth.

heres a study tip. dont just use word searches. READ IT ALL. in context. match zechariah to the other prophets - his contemporaries. find out what was happening at that time. it was before Jesus appeared. see, i did all the work for you.

if you do dig in, get back to me about what a neat discovery it was to find out you now get it.
Zechariah 12:2-3
2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. 3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces , though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.

Zechariah 14:16-18
16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. 17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. 18 And if the family of Egypt go not up , and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Then explain to me how prophecy says Israel will be in the last days.

The phrase "all the nations of the world" applies.

Read Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39, and see if this matches. It will take some time, so I'm sure I won't hear much from you until you are done reading. If I hear from you soon, I will know that you are ingrained in your opinion rather than seeing what these prophets say about the end time we are now living in. Is there something that you don't understand about the word "all?" Maybe I sould have said "all the nations of the earth." Wadayathink?

This teaching of feasts is new to me, and i do want to be in communion with the Family of Jesus celebrating the days He celebrates and recognizing.
One thing I didn't mention on my last reply to you was the emotion I went through preparing lamb rack for Passover dinner. Putting garlic inside the meat I had to pierce holes all over it. It was bloody (although it's not blood but myoglobin) and brutal. It reminded me much of our Saviour.

is there something you don`t understand about the period and the prophets of the period and the rebuilding (hint).
go away.

so you had a rabbinic kosher expert slaughtered passover lamb, and contemplated Jesus Christ and his blood.
and then you ate it.

your emotions....aww....the blood of sacrificed animals on your table at passover. the one animal that typified (foreshadowed) my Lord. the very things God said brought him no pleasure, at all.

well, i suppose its good to know who you people are and what you really believe and do.

i dont care who its for. its for your religious posturing, and now its heresy. your friend waxed eloquent about eating his bloody slaughtered lamb.
not a word for him...but rebuke for me.
ya. i get ya.

understandable for unbelieving jews. inexcusable for you people. but you gonna do what you gonna do.l

thou hypocrite! you dont obey those laws at all.
Jerusalem my friend. and bulls and lambs too.
different ball game alright. you would have been stoned to death for your profaning those feasts. thankfully, the law came through moses, but grace and truth came through jesus Christ.
Must have pushed the right button. When it comes to His feast days one would go through the smallest letter in the scripture to speak against those, who in freedom in Christ, choose to celebrate. If only one would spend the energy speak against non biblical ones such as Christmas and Easter.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same Word spoke through Moses which we came to know as the Law.
The Israelites all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual drink from the spiritual rock that accompanied them and that rock was Christ. They had grace and truth.
The same Christ gave grace and truth in

I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.

Based on his convictions, I trust that Vaud is just as adamant about NOT celebrating Easter and Christmas.

christmas and easter have nothing to do with you actually planning and having unbelieving jews ritually slaughter and prepare a passover lamb for you to EAT and serve at your table.

Question for you since you and many others say that Christmas and Easter is pagan,Do you and those that believe that Christmas is pagan still benefit from a paid day off for Christmas or do you work it or refuse the money for that day? If not then aren't you benefitting from a pagan holiday and how does that work?

post that ten thousand times it still doesn't change the fact it refers to the rebuilding and exile. about 2700 years ago.

God told Israel to celebrate all of the Feasts forever, including Sukkot.

Sukkot remembers God dwelling with Israel in temporary dwellings.
Jesus dwells with us today in temporary dwellings (our bodies).
Some day, He will dwell with us permanently.
Studying the Feasts and participating in Passover has caused me to see things I didn't see before. It's created an ability to see a little bit better from God's perspective rather than my perspective. Even the parables of Messiah I'm seeing more clear.

I wanted to run this by ya, and anyone who has any thoughts about it...if Messiah fulfilled the Spring Feasts down to the very last detail...and He will return some year during Sukkot, and we are commanded to live in sukkahs during Sukkot,( Last trump)..and heavens and earth will be shaken, every wall shaken down...won't it be a good thing to be in a sukkah and not a building?

And His voice shook the earth then, but now He has promised, saying, "YET ONCE MORE I WILL SHAKE NOT ONLY THE EARTH, BUT ALSO THE HEAVEN." 27This expression, "Yet once more," denotes the removing of those things which can be shaken, as of created things, so that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. 28Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe;…

Ezekiel 38 20"The fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all the creeping things that creep on the earth, and all the men who are on the face of the earth will shake at My presence; the mountains also will be thrown down, the steep pathways will collapse and every wall will fall to the ground.…

In Feast of the Trumpets, the faithful Jews went up to the Temple to worship. The unbelieving Jews continued at work gathering their crops along with the Gentiles around them. The unbelieving saw the believers leave, but they remained behind. Jeremiah’s words ring a solemn and sad warning. “The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved” ( Jer. 8:20)

In my studying of the feasts, I see all three feasts as having "spiritual relevance" for the Christian today. They are all past present and future, and the feasts of tabernacles involve the other two because tabernacles is mostly for edification about all God has done, therefore increasing faith in the believer. This is a book I wrote about the three feasts. Three Feasts of the Pentateuch

2 Chronicles 8:13
13 Even after a certain rate every day, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts, three times in the year, even in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles.

Isn't it nice to ignore those people who consistently show hatred toward anything other than what they have already preconceived according to a stalemated doctrine? One just gets to the point of being tired of totally unedifying remarks. Simplicity in Christ doesn't mean to be simple minded.

Sukkot is. The other ones will be celebrated, but as far as I can tell, Sukkot is the only one you could say is a shadow of the future.
Trumpets is, Atonement is and the Last Great Day is also.
