Agree .... if we walk in love we will not break the ten commandments. All of them are related to self gratification. We need to put God first. Do we always do this? No we do not. Is the intent of our heart to do this? Yes if we know Jesus. When we commit sin, any sin, God is greater than that sin for sin has been defeated by the Blood. We have an advocate in Jesus Christ. All power has been given unto him in heaven and on earth. Can we earn this gift? No Do we deserve this gift? No. But it pleased God that a plan has been made through the sacrifice of Jesus Blood that whosoever believes in him can have eternal life. If we think we can be good enough to earn salvation we are deceived as we are relying on Self. Doing this will frustrate the grace of God. On the flipside if one feels that grace is a license to sin they are either deceived or are trying to twist God's word so thjey feel excused in what they do as 'self'...again self gratification. 'Self' so to speak was Lucifer's fall! 'Self' is also our shortcoming. Simple really. If we are willing to sacrifice 'self' and accept the love and grace that God has for us then and only then can we rise above the 'cares of this world, deceitfulness of riches, lusts of other thing sand so forth. Study to show ourselves approved.... Rightly dividing the word of truth...and leaning not onto our own understanding. Not spoiling th simplicity that is in Christ.

No, that is wrong; there are other Sabbaths besides the weekly Sabbath. Let John explain, "... it was preparation of the Passover". (John 19:14) So the day of Christ's crucifixion was also on the day they prepared the Passover lamb, which was a type of Christ. (I Corinthians 5:7) "... it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the Sabbath day, (for that Sabbath day was an high-day)" (John 19:31)
Here we have the secret of the whole matter. John clearly identifies this Sabbath as an high-day, which shows it was not the weekly Sabbath. Another fact is: he stated it was the day following the killing of the Passover lamb. We must turn to the Old Testament record to find out about the date for the Passover. In Exodus 12:6-16 and Leviticus 23:4-7, we find that the 14th day of the first month was the Passover.
This is Jewish time and came in the spring time (month of Nisan or Abib). The next day, or 15th day, was a yearly Sabbath - the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread (see Leviticus 23:4-7). This yearly Sabbath was an high-day in that it was Israel marched out of Egyptian bondage. (Numbers 33:3) It was the next day after the Passover. Thus, the Passover was the preparation for that high-day Sabbath.
If he was put in the tomb before sunset wednesday 72 hrs from that is what before sunset saturday ?

Abraham who had no law as every man did what was right in his own eye is a mystery. He was raised in a family that made Idols and were quite wealthy from their trade. Why did he hear God. Some say that Shem taught him. But there is no biblical reference. Why did God pick this Idol maker of the chaldeans which eventually became Babylon and take Judah captive. But we do knowthat this mystery man chose to believe God.

I am amazd at this conversation! And at the lack of understanding of the gospel. Heb. is quit clear about the rest of God. Even Psalms speaks of it. God delivered his choosen people out of Egypt with a powerful hand, he led them through the wilderness, their cloths and shoes didn't wear out ,water gushed fro solid rock, meat from heaven , manna for the picking. Yet,they would not trust and REST in the Father, stiff necked they were called, complainers, a veil covering their eyes and heart, wanting to return to the pig pen of slavery and the ways of Egypt.They would not Rest in God...even though he provided every thing. They wanted to do their own will and way. So finially God gave comandments that instructed them on what to do, but still they stiffened their necks.They refused the Rest that God had provided them, even though God had finished and provided all. God had when he had finished his works, and had set in order all that was needed for life and it's continuence. The same has fallen to us in Christ, we can cease from our own works as God did from his. In fact if we don't we are found sinners, doing what is right in our own eyes. Sciptures say we should labor to enter into God's rest. When a man ask what he could do to do the works of God Jesus said this is the work of God , that you beleive on me . Jesus said he came to fulfill the law. Jesus refered to this when speaking about hate in your heart is equal to murder, or how looking on a woman with lust .is committing adultry already. David says through Heb. there remains a rest to the people of God, to usthere remains a saboth . a rest . a ceasing from our own works. Do we cease from our own works on a day of the week ? Ori s this a continual rest? Do we cease from our own works on Satuday or sunday and not Mon, through Fri? I think not,at least we are not suposed to . We sit (REST on a seat) in heavenly places in Christ. We cease from our own works, we rest in Christ from our own works and enter into HIS works for us. This is what the Sabboth is for christians. If you want to take a break on a day or meet with other beleiver on a day it is fine ,but that doesn't make it the Sabboth. We have inherited an eternal Sabboth with God. Not only do we rest in God, but he rests in us ,we are his temple, his body, built up an holy temple onto God.

Its is the law...I grant you that...but it is not the gospel and it is not of faith. Those who worship and meet on the first day of the week are upholding the clear truths of the New Testament...somebody wants to meet on Saturday ...that's no big deal. But if anyone thinks they are in anyway being justified by such error, they are not in the true faith of Jesus Christ and should be rebuked for the spirit of error they have surrendered unto.

The birthday of the Church was NOT at or before His Death. It was NOT even The Celebration of First Fruits which is always celebrated on a Sunday, and Jesus is the fulfillment of First Fruits and HIS Resurrection is the First Fruits being waved. The Birthday of the Church is Pentecost SUNDAY, 50 days after the women found the tomb empty.

So may I ask, Why do you believe in Keeping the Sabbath and NOT this permanent statuteYahweh your God?
FEAST OF FIRSTFRUITS
Firstfruits was the first day after the sabbath following Passover. The risen Jesus Christ was seen that morning by Mary near the garden tomb. -John 20:10-18 Later He walked through the wall to visit with the disciples in a closed room. So First Fruits REALLY was celebrated on the SUNDAY after the Sabbath following Passover.
FIFTY days later, ANOTHER SUNDAY, Pentecost or Shavuot is Celebrated.
The fulfillment of THOSE FEASTS are the foundation For CHURCH-age Worship.

Are we in keeping with all the instructions written on stone by spiritualizing them? They all require action on our part, but they are to be done gladly, and with full acknowledgement that it is Him in us with ability to do, and not of ourselves we are mere vessels, His Spirit in jars of clay. He is glorified when we are obedient to Him it's when He Is Lord over us. It's not a mere philosophy, nor Greek idea that to know is better than to do.
