Acts 15 was about enter a place of worship, ohh and didnt the letter to the Gentiles say no meat with blood in it? Is that another thing to ignore too?

Isayah 56:1-7, "This is what Yahweh says: Keep the judgments, and do justly; for My salvation is near, soon, to come, and My righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it; who keeps the Sabbaths without polluting; defiling, them; and keeps his hand from doing any evil. Do not let the son of the Gentile, who has joined himself to Yahweh, speak, saying; Yahweh has utterly separated me from His people. Nor let the eunuch say; Behold, I am a dry tree. For this is what Yahweh says: To the eunuchs who keep My Sabbaths, and choose those things which please Me, and hold fast to My covenant: I will give to them, in My House, even within My walls, a place and a Name equal to that of sons and of daughters; I will give them the Name of The Everlasting: YAHWEH; which will not be cut off. Also the sons of the Gentile who join themselves to Yahweh, to serve Him, and to love the Name of Yahweh, to be His servants--everyone who keeps the Sabbaths without polluting; defiling, them and who holds fast to My covenant--I will bring them to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My House of prayer..."

Romans 9:6-8, "However, it is not as though Yahweh's plan had failed. For it is not everyone who is a descendant of Israyl who belongs to Israyl. Nor, just because they are his descendants, are they all Abraham's children; but: In Isaac will your seed be called. That is, it is not those who are the children of the flesh who are Yahweh's children; but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham's seed."

Psalm 105:6-9, "O seed of Abraham His servant, You children of Yaaqob, His chosen ones! He is Yahweh our Father! His judgments are in all the earth. He has remembered His covenant forever, the Law He commanded for a thousand generations; Which He made; ratified, established, with Abraham, and vowed by His oath to Isaac. He confirmed it; let it stand, to Yaaqob for a Law, and to Israyl for an everlasting covenant."

Galations 3:28,29, "Is there not the Yahdai as well as the Greek; Gentile? Is there not the slave as well as the freeman? Is there not the male and the female? For all of you must be in unity in Yahshua Messiah. And if you are in Messiah, then you are a seed of Abraham, heirs according to the promise."

Psalm 89:26-37, "He will call out to Me; You are my Father, O Yahweh! You are the Rock of my salvation! And I will make Him My firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth. My mercy I will keep for Him forever and My covenant will stand fast with Him. And I will establish his Seed forever, and his throne will be as the days of heaven. Should his children forsake My Law, and refuse to walk in My judgments; Should they profane My statutes, and fail to keep My commandments; Then I will punish their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with lashes from the whip. Nevertheless, My lovingkindness I will not utterly withdraw from him, nor will I ever betray My faithfulness. My covenant I will not break, nor will I change what that has gone out of My lips. Once for all, I have vowed by My holiness--I cannot lie, and I say to David: His Seed will endure forever, and his throne will endure before Me like the sun. His throne will be established forever like the moon: the faithful witness in the sky."

There is only one way, and that is through the Messiah, Hebrew or grafted in Gentile, there is and always has been only one set of Instructions...

Yeremyah 31:33, "For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israyl: After those days, says Yahweh: I will put My Law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts, and I will be their Strength, and they will be My people."

"Law" is word #H8451 - torah - torah: direction, instruction, law Original Word: תּוֹרָה Part of Speech: Noun Feminine Transliteration: torah

Romans 2:15, "Since they show that the requirements of the Law are written in their hearts, their conscience also bears witness, and their thoughts now accuse or else try to excuse them."

626 - apologeomai
apologeomai: to give an account of oneself, hence to defend oneself
Original Word: ἀπολογέομαι
Part of Speech: Verb
Transliteration: apologeomai
Phonetic Spelling: (ap-ol-og-eh'-om-ahee)
Short Definition: I give a defense, defend myself
Definition: I give a defense, defend myself (especially in a law court): it can take an object of what is said in defense.

You are confused on what is written on our hearts and how and why we are Gods People. Its not the letter of the law that is written on our hearts. Its love. Love is Gods Law that is written on our hearts. This is what is written on our hearts;

Galatians 5:22-23
[SUP]22 [/SUP]But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
[SUP]23 [/SUP]Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Those are the attributes in our hearts, and inward parts, that cause us to be Gods People. Those are the attributes that establish the law by our faith. Because it is only by faith in the Lord Jesus that these attributes are given and cultivated. It is only by faith and these fruit of the spirit that cause us to be under grace and not law.

Because working at the law does not grow the fruit of the spirit. Working at the law grows more working at the law which points out sin (iniquity).

There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Its not because the Lord took away the condemnation of the law but left the letter. Its because the Lord Jesus fulfills the law in us, by the Holy Spirit. That is our rest. Our rest from our work.

That is why the Lord Jesus Christ is our Sabbath. You think by not being under the law and not "keeping" the sabbath that we despise it. Its not true. We establish it, by faith.

The Word is my guide, and it says;

Yeremyah 31:33, "For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israyl: After those days, says Yahweh: I will put My Law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts, and I will be their Strength, and they will be My people."

"Law" is word #H8451 - torah - torah: direction, instruction, law Original Word: תּוֹרָה Part of Speech: Noun Feminine Transliteration: torah

the Law is love, it is the standard of His love, only when looked at through the eye of a pharisees or through the flesh does it not....

I can never and will not say that we under the Law. Being UNDER the Law and keeping the Law are 2 different things.
Being UNDER the Law is to fall from Grace.
KEEPING His Law-Commandments is showing our love for Him, and Obedience to His will ["For it is the Will of the Father that we abstain from....."]
But the Law is spiritual therefore the carnal man cannot keep His Law, but we're not in the flesh but in the Spirit by which we do mortify the deeds of the flesh which = is contrary to the Law of God.
The Law was like the Alphabet. We couldn't make sense out of it until it was composed into sentences, phrases which brought us the Glorious Gospel.
Why we no longer under the Law?
The Law was like an X-ray machine pointing out our disease, but couldn't cure us, whereas the Gospel both points out our disease and provides to us also the cure, Mt.9:12, also "there is the Lamb [the cure]...that taketh away the sin [disease] of...."

Fact is nowhere is the Sabbath rightly changed in Scripture, so any who change it are not listening to the Creator but rather following tradition or their own will.

A false change is spoken of:

Daniyl 7:25, "And he will speak great words against Yahweh, and will wear out the saints of Yahweh, and think to change times and Laws..."

The Messiah made it very clear there would be no change;

Matt 5:18, "For truly I say to you; Unless heaven and earth passes away, one yodh--the smallest of the letters--will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

Revelation 21:1-2, "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no more sea. And I, Yahchanan, saw the holy city, Yahweh Shammah, coming down from Yahweh out of heaven, prepared as brides adorned for their husbands. And I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying: Behold, the tabernacle of Yahweh is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and Yahweh Himself will be with them, and be their Father."

When the Messiah prophesied about the end times He thought the Sabbath would still be valid, are you going to tell Him different when standing in front of His throne?

Matt 24:20, "But pray that your flight will not be in the winter, nor on the Sabbath Day."

Yet most preaches say that Sabbath is for the Jews, well when you read this you might realize your preacher is either deceived or a liar:

Isayah 56:1-7, "This is what Yahweh says: Keep the judgments, and do justly; for My salvation is near, soon, to come, and My righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it; who keeps the Sabbaths without polluting; defiling, them; and keeps his hand from doing any evil. How can one say the Sabbath is only for Jews/Hebrews, then read this, know it's not so, and that Sabbath is and always has been for Hebrew and grafted in Gentile, but then most still keep their disregard for the Sabbath based off a false doctrine that at minimum has been disprove in who it is for? What is the aim? To have a God that is shaped to fit us, or do we shape ourselves to fit Him?

Micah 7: Wait for the God of Salvation
God's Steadfast Love and Compassion
18 Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity
and passing over transgression
for the remnant of his inheritance?
He does not retain his anger forever,
because he delights in steadfast love.
19 He will again have compassion on us;
he will tread our iniquities underfoot.
You will cast all our sins
into the depths of the sea.
20 You will show faithfulness to Jacob
and steadfast love to Abraham,
as you have sworn to our fathers
from the days of old.

Isaiah 49: The Servant of the LORD
6 he says:
"It is too light a thing that you should be my servant
to raise up the tribes of Jacob
and to bring back the preserved of Israel;
I will make you as a light for the nations,
that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth."

and in a new covenant that would mean jews and gentiles who believe in jesus christ.

If I can give my opinion.
In my understanding of the Scriptures; When we sin, the Holy Spirit don't just leave us like that.
His work is to convince the world of sin.
When the believer sin, He convicts us of our sin, and strive with us.
Committing a sin does not drive out the Spirit, it grieves the Spirit. (Eph.4:30)
We are sealed with the Spirit unto the day of redemption.
Continuing in our sin, that quenches the Spirit, and causes Him to depart from us.
David understood that very well (Ps.51:11)
A believer can commit A sin [through weakness, ignorance, unintentionally], but can never practice [habitually] sin, and still be called a child of God.
Just wanted to share my view on the Holy Spirit leaving us.

when did he ever leave anyone. There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.2 For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.its the condemnation the sinner feels that holds him. so hold on to believing jesus saved you from the law, and fear of death.the believer needs to be reminded by himself, church leader, or the holy spirit many times , for the believer to except fully, ie the seed that grows to corn. has to have a roots in these teachings etc.

The Law that was our tutor was the Law of animal sacrifices. It taught us that there was coming a Sacrifice that COULD remit sin. The blood of bulls and goats could not take away sin, they simply served as a reminder of the need for a Sacrifice that could.

If that is true how come there aren't a bunch of people sacrificing animals in order to be tutored to Christ?

Its because its not true. Animal sacrifice is not the tutor that brings us to Christ.

The 10 commandments bring us to Christ. The Law. They are our tutor to bring us to Christ. Tutor. As in 'instructor'. As in 'instructions'.

Read Matthew 5. Then read the conclusion of the law, our tutor that brings us to Christ.

Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

that is what the law says. So do it. Soon you will see how it will bring you to Christ.

Law of animal sacrifices... mbfm, as you used to like to say.

The torah, the instruction, the law, was our tutor to bring us to Christ.

After we come to Christ, by faith, we are no longer under that tutor.

We are under Grace now. Not under law.

Ezekiel 36:25-27
[SUP]25 [/SUP]Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
[SUP]26 [/SUP]A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
[SUP]27 [/SUP]And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

How does a person walk in the statutes of God? The same way the law is fulfilled. In Love.
We are CAUSED to walk in His Statutes by the fruit of the Holy Spirit which is grown by abiding in Christ Jesus. The fruit of the Holy Spirit being, chiefly, LOVE.

I like this, but then I ask, if the Spirit within you will cause you to walk in Gods statutes, then by reason one who does not obey/walk in Gods statutes is not walking In love and has not the spirit.

That is all people are saying. as it is written:

1Jn 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
1Jn 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

The problem is that people are teaching here that they can have the spirit, have faith, have love and still not walk in the statutes of God.

By their fruit you shall know them.

Ha ha.... By their fruit you shall know them!!!

The letter is unto death. But the Spirit is life.

Romans 7:5-6
[SUP]5 [/SUP]For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

2 Corinthians 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

You know Sabbath means rest, right?

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Rest from our work (failed) at the law.

Don't you people read the New Testament? Its all in there.

Galatians 3:10-12
[SUP]10 [/SUP]For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
[SUP]12 [/SUP]And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

No, Grandpa, they don't read the OT to tie the whole thing together. ;) They are only watching the sequel, so to speak, and now they think they now what the original was about by seeing the sequel. Silliness.

The Law is our tutor.

The 4th commandment was meant to teach us something. Sabbath means rest. We were being taught to rest. But instead of trying to understand the lesson being taught some people valued the tradition of religion and men over the commandment of God.

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Its really totally simple in Christ. The Letter of the Law kills. The Spirit gives Life. The Lord Jesus Christ gives us this Life. He gives us rest from working at the law. Rest from establishing our own righteousness. Now, any righteousness we have is given to us freely by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Not by the letter, but by the Spirit... By grace through faith and not of works...

Lemme make sure I understand what you're saying. You're saying that because your god is so forgiving, it's OK to deliberately ignore his laws and commandments. I'm not sure what you're saying, exactly.

You don't believe you're under God's law? Are you stuck to the Earth? That's called gravity. The laws of nature are the laws of Yah, so I guess you are not under the law of gravity either? Float away, then.

How about the laws of thermodynamics, or the laws of aerodynamics, or any of the laws of "nature." These are all the laws of Yah, and are as valid and unending as the ten commandments. At which point in history did Yah abolish all of his laws so that we live in a physics free society?

"Psa 105:7 He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.
Psa 105:8 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
Psa 105:9 Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;
Psa 105:10 And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:"

Everlasting is forever. Forever isn't done yet, my friend. My god doesn't lie, doesn't change his word to suit man, and is the same yesterday, today, and forever. By your account, your god lied to Israel, changed his word, and changed his nature. I'm sorry that your god is so unreliable and malleable. Good luck, friend.

By their fruit you shall know them.

The test isn't do they do it like the legalists? Its not do they do it like such and such religion?

The test is the fruit. And this is the fruit you are testing for.

Galatians 5:22-23
[SUP]22 [/SUP]But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
[SUP]23 [/SUP]Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

If you have faith, if you have the spirit, if you have love, if you have all three of these YOU ARE walking in the statutes of God.

Which of these fruits listed in Galatians 5:22-23 would cause you to not walk in Gods Statutes???

Yes, Paul was saying that everything that is under the laws, must be purged from its life to receive forgiveness, but now we doesn't have to destroy another life so that we can live; and beside, our sacrifice has became worthless, and without a worthy sacrifice, then we must automatically die, and we didn't had a firstborn to let God keep that was worthy, to show that we can be redeemable.

Jeremiah 6:20 What do I care about incense from Sheba or sweet calamus from a distant land? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable; your sacrifices do not please me.”

Taking scripture out of context to make a point it isn't making is considered a sign of deception by Bible scholars.

When you put this scripture in it's context, you find out that the Israeli's are in trouble for not obeying the law, and stubbornly refusing to live by it; "Jer 6:19 Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it. "

And when you follow through and read the WHOLE prophecy, you end up hearing the punishment for REFUSING to obey his laws: "Jer 6:21 Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish." (This passage proceeds to discuss their horrible deaths by the sword of a terrible people. You should maybe read it yourself.)

In fact, by posting this particular bit of prophecy, you are perhaps stating what is coming to America, who, though founded in the Torah and the Bible has rejected the good Law to follow the Whore of Babylon instead. You are, in fact, supporting the Sabbath keepers. Nice job & thanks.

I agree but that is just it, If one had this fruit (singular) then one would walk in the statutes of God.

Thus if one does not walk in the statutes then one obviously does not have the fruit of the Spirit. there is no statute against the fruit of the Spirit.

and if you have this fruit then you can not have the fruit/ works of the flesh as it says:

Gal 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
Gal 5:20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
Gal 5:21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

So if someone displays these things and this list is not complete, then they do not have the fruit of the Spirit as it is written:

Gal 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

then if they have not the fruit of the Spirit then they do not have the spirit and thus are not in faith.

what is this law that the spirit is not against?

Gal 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

and what is this law:

Rom 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
Rom 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

The fruit of the Spirit is not against the law of God's 10 commandments but rather the power of God in us transforming us so that we keep his statutes.

Anyone who says the law is done away with, abolished, irrelevant, is calling God a liar.

Exo 31:16 Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.

Isa 66:22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. Isa 66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD. Isa 66:24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

We will observe the Sabbath in Heaven, and those Sabbath Keepers who do so, will look upon the bodies of those who did not keep the law, and transgressed against Yah.

The Ten Commandments are the only commands in the Bible given directly out of the word of Yah, written by the finger of Yah, and here we sit, as supposed believers, arguing with him. How can you say you love and believe him when you say in this post that you don't believe him? How can you say the Bible contradicts itself, and still believe that you can live your life by it? If you are a person who thinks the law is done away with, you are not following Yahovah/Yahweh, the creator of the Universe, you are chasing after other ba'al's (also the Hebrew word for husband, btw) to satisfy your needs. Messiah is our husband, and all he does is pleasing to his father, and he would not displease his father by sinning. Why are you chasing after other husband's when this one loves you so much he DIED for you?

The time remaining is very, very short. The end is upon us, people. We're watching it happen before our eyes. This is the time to humble yourselves, confess sin and pridefulness, and accept with humility that we have been lead astray, and now the shepherd is trying to lead you back to the fold before the wolves descend. You can keep trying to be right, or you can try to do right. The choice is yours. Rom 2:13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

My god is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He did not provide an everlasting covenant that only lasted until 1 AD. That's not everlasting. He does not lie, he doesn't randomly change his mind, and he never intended for us to worship on Baal worship day.

The fruit of the Holy Spirit being, chiefly, LOVE.

this really truly is the message of the scripture.
yet it seems so elusive for some people. if one is brought up in false teaching or misunderstanding, it must be hard to break free:(

thank you for the simple (true) gospel message:)

Anyone who says the law is done away with, abolished, irrelevant, is calling God a liar.

it is not done away with, abolished, irrelevant.
it is for the instruction of those not in Christ (the reality of condemnation), as welll as for us for (morality) - it teaches that due to our fault (not God's or the law's), no law was ever given that could save.

christians study and learn the law, we keep it and honor it, and refer to it (hopefully) daily. why are some people so insistent that Jesus apparently died for no reason?

I do not treat the grace of God as meaningless. For if keeping the law could make us right with God, then there was no need for Christ to die.
