More times than not the perpetrator of the trauma is no longer in the victims life. So forgiving them does not benefit to the perpetrator but sets free the victim.
And I know of perps who have come to the Lord through the act of forgiveness. You've got a small god.

Please show from scripture that anywhere in the OT,Jesus or the apostles said anything along this line of thinking at ALL.
Can you show me how this does not line up with scripture? Can you tell me if a person has eight parts and five deny Christ and hate him while one is devoted to him and three do not know where is this person going?

I can agree that body language [ generally ] tells the most - to someone who is sufficiently "aware" enough to "read" it -- and that, in most cases, face-to-face counseling is best.

However, in every form of communication, there are 'clues' -- body language tells much - but then, so do words... ( whether 'verbal' or 'written' )

~

Please do not misunderstand what I am saying here. I am in no way trying to defend microscoped. I am just saying that "the clues are there"...

And, speaking of such -- let me illustrate a point by saying:

"I have little respect for anyone [ on here ] who is not willing to spend the time to make sure that what they post is typographically correct..."

I know that some struggle with the English language -- I am not talking about that.

I know that 'innocent' typos "do happen" -- I, myself, make them from time to time.

What I am talking about is the painfully obvious ones that are made very carelessly.

This kind of thing is "very telling" about the people who write those posts... ;)

"I do not expect absolute perfection from others - I am far from perfect myself; however, a reasonable amount of effort is certainly appreciated..."

:)
Ah, you're not a counselor either? I typo for three reasons:
1. I just do.
2. I wrote something, came back during the proofing to reword it, and missed part of the phrase I thought I deleted.
3. I have aphasia.

So, okay. You don't like typos. It isn't always what you assume from the writing. That's part of the problem.

The other thread in the conspiracy section has been started I will not be taking the time to defend all these accusations but will lay out what the deliverance ministry really is.

Can you show me how this does not line up with scripture? Can you tell me if a person has eight parts and five deny Christ and hate him while one is devoted to him and three do not know where is this person going?

The onus is on you to SHOW FROM scripture that it is or can be true

a person has eight parts and five deny Christ and hate him while one is devoted to him and three do not know where is this person going?

I agree. It only masks the problem, when Christ wants to set them free.
That kind of thinking would have led to my suicide long ago.

Agreed. Sometimes medicine masks the problem. That's a good thing. My problem is unfixable chronic pain. (Well, technically, it is fixable. All I have to do is hang by my feet 24/7.) God has deemed this a thorn in my side. I don't know what Paul's thorn was, but I've considered it could be pain, considering all the abuse he survived. (Shipwrecked, shunned, beatings, imprisonment like we can't understand today.) Too bad they didn't have at least aspirin then. Kind of God to teach them about willow's bark and wine. Paul wasn't against wine.

I'm not against masking pain when God leaves a thorn in the side either. I would have killed myself long ago, because the real pain was too much to take. He will set me free, but not likely in this body. It's getting worse. It's degenerative. It's got no where to go but worse.

And don't think God hasn't done anything for me. He has. I've been on narcotics for 15 years now. Most people develope a tolerance for them, so the amount increases. God gave me what was needed to decrease. He hasn't delivered me from the pain, but he trained me how to live with it -- in part by studying how to and in part by masking that pain through pills.

Amazing thing about most mental disorders. They aren't emotionally only. They're physiological. That means they are biology as well as mental. God has miraculously freed some. He will free all his people, just not necessarily in this body. We get a new one, you know? No more weeping, no more sorrow. What do you think that is if not "freeing?" Meanwhile, I am so grateful to live in a time when my only means for relief aren't down to willow bark, cocoa leaves, and wine. I hate wine, and don't like to chew on vegetation. lol

Words matter.

"I just knew you would say this..." ;)

Nope. It all "fits together quite nicely" -- you simply have missed the point...

( And, I suspect, because you did more reacting than reading. ;) )

I have nothing against people having an education or a degree. I do not necessarily have anything against credentials. What I do have something against is --- people "letting their 'credentials' go to their head" and using them in a 'god-like' fashion to claim things about themselves or their 'profession' that are not true...

I think it is great if you - having obtained knowledge through education - and, even more importantly, true faith in the Lord Jesus Christ -- and, can use all of it to truly help others.

And this helps to make my point!

( "Thank You" )

What I am claiming is that - you do not necessarily have to have a [ worldly-education-based ] degree to have a sufficient knowledge about something to be able to be used of God to accomplish something for His good purpose.

If you had the [ education ] knowledge that you now possess -- but, did not have that piece of paper with the word 'Degree' on it -- would you still be able to help others?

Of course you would!

Because, it is not the 'credentials' that enable you -- it is the knowledge, experience, etc.

The credentials have a purpose; however, they do not justify the idea that - if you do not possess the 'credentials', you are not qualified...

It is a man-made system used [ for the most part ] by Satan to control the masses --- that is what I am saying...

The fact is - having 'credentials' does not mean "I am qualified"; rather, it means "I have paid my dues"... ( in the Satan-run world system )

:)
Pssst, speaking of not reading careful. Did you check out his credentials? They aren't "worldly." If you want to be listened to, you have to listen.

Gack! So not true. You make it sound like God divides -- "I care about this person, but not the other person." Real forgiveness affects two sides and quite a few on the side of the two who needed to work out the forgiveness.

And this is the other half of my objections. How can you minister from the Bible, if you don't get the basics of the Bible?

Ember and I encountered the same thing from him on the other thread. His Bible Knowledge is not even at the Babe level, which tells you something loud and clear.

Ah, you're not a counselor either?
No - "not 'professionally', at least" :D - and, I do not claim to be ( certainly, not 'professionally' ).

Did you think I was? ( It sounds like it, based on the way you made the statement quoted above. )

If so, did you "take my word for it" - by assumption?

Do you "take [ other CC members ] word for it" - what they say about themselves - just because they said it?

( Please understand the context here -- I am only trying to make a point. )

I typo for three reasons:
1. I just do.
No sympathy here.

2. I wrote something, came back during the proofing to reword it, and missed part of the phrase I thought I deleted.
Perhaps this might be included in:
I know that 'innocent' typos "do happen" -- I, myself, make them from time to time.

3. I have aphasia.
Although my statement was not worded in an all-inclusive way, this would be covered by:
I know that some struggle with the English language -- I am not talking about that.

So, okay. You don't like typos. It isn't always what you assume from the writing. That's part of the problem.
For what it is worth, my comments about people making typos was not aimed at you ( "any at all - not the slightest bit" :D ). I was only speaking "in general" - with the exception that I was, in fact, making an "insinuated" / "implied" reference to microscoped. He has posted quite a number of typos in this thread - the kind I was talking about -- as well as some other "tell-tale signs" that i will not mention here.

Even the smallest things can be very educational... ;)

As far as all this ignorance the OP is throwing out, I pray he will never get sick and actually NEED a doctor or medicine to get better.

I just finished a round of antibiotics to get over pneumonia, or I might have died.
I take asthma drugs and thyroid medications daily for the rest of my life. Better than huddling cold and not being able to breath.
I take RA meds so I can get out of bed, and not be in pain and to slow down the rate of deformiites. I am not on a drug right now, because of transition issues moving and my dream is that on Monday, I will finally get something so I can get out of bed on my own power to go to the bathroom.

As for psych meds, I have many friends who are bipolar, whom I met on a health site. Many are solid, biblical Christians. They have a biological disorder which requires meds to stabilize their brains. Yes, some get counseling. But most of them, it is to work through the trauma of what happens to them when you have severe depression or psychosis. Most have tried prayer. Many have had deliverance ministries try to cast out demons, then gone off their meds and had another breakdown.

As for your creditials, OP, your writing style alone gives you no credibilty. Between the typos, and the refusal to actually address the topic, you show your ignorance of both medicine and the Bible.

Pssst, speaking of not reading careful. Did you check out his credentials? They aren't "worldly." If you want to be listened to, you have to listen.
They are "worldly"...

In the sense that I am trying to relate -- there is no such thing as a degree that is not "worldly" -- even his theological degree is "worldly" ( not to be confused with the man ). I am talking about "the piece of paper with the word 'Degree' on it" --- not his education, nor his God-given-ability to utilize what he has learned for any good cause that it may be used for.

I have absolutely nothing against Viligant_Warrior. And, although we do not agree on everything ( some things we do :D ) - I have certainly enjoyed reading some of his posts. :)

You probably realize this - "down deep" - but, are "too busy reacting" to my statements ( just as he is ) because you are "sold" on the "worldly" idea that "credentials are everything"...

They are not.

People who have 'credentials' are sometimes too sensitive of what others may say regarding the 'credentials' ( not the person ) - as though the 'credentials' are so 'ingrained' into the person that there can be no separation between the two.

That is nothing but PRIDE.

When I hear someone introduce themselves like this:

"Hello. My name is Doctor so-and-so..."

My thoughts are something like this:

"No. Your name is 'so-and-so' - your title is 'Doctor'..."

By the way -- I have nothing against you, either... :D

"I listen plenty --- how about you...?" ;)

Do you really pray that he will never get sick Angela? Seems like you have many health issues and I'm sorry to hear that but you just said you will be on medication for the rest of your life. You will be on meds for the rest of your life because YOU said you will be. I believe there is life and death in the power of the tongue and you just spoke death over your situation. That's sad...and with that attitude you may not get deliverance.I myself may have mental issues or I'm attacked by demons on a weekly basis...I don't know...but I know who my God is and what he can do for me. I know the promise of the spirit,I understand what scriptures tell me...and there's no man, woman, doctor that is gonna tell me I need to be on drugs for the rest of my life. Oh and not to mention dietary factors play a huge part in our overall health and that includes mental illness

Don't take this the wrong way,I'm not being mean..

No, this thread should be deleted. If not that, than surely a conspiracy theory forum.
"Either one works for me..." :D

Could an admin or mod please move this thread to the 'Conspiracy & Corruption Discussion Forum'?

( I know you are not likely to delete it. )

FYI, he is not the only one who practices this method...far from it and it has been around some time, so micro is not really that big a 'problem'...he may be a problem to some in this thread, but why worry that to death?
Okay, let me be clear. (I suspect you know some of this, because you kept reading, but I want to put it all in one post, so there isn't a need to piecemeal.)

Many people who spend long hours online do that because they're disabled in some way. Could be physical, intellectual, mental, or emotional. Could be more than one of those things. This includes people on here.

Mental disability. It's hard to think straight when your brain skips steps, or is foggy from whatever is disturbing it, right?

I bet you can imagine what a disabled person wants the most -- to be normal. Cool thing about mental disorders. Some are treatable. Some are healable. Some are arrested. But, some won't be fixed in this lifetime.

What do most people do when something is physically wrong with them? Find a doctor to fix them. And if the first can't fix them, the second might... or the third, or the tenth, or the 50th, etc. We really want to get fixed.

If doctors can't fix, who next? God? You betcha! God! Add to that God chooses the foolish and the weak. We're here! The foolish and the weak.

Now, where's God and where isn't he? And, yes, God is omnipresent, but look how many charlatan there are that most recognize safely as charlatans. Mentally balanced people can "recognize safely." Add to disabled (and it doesn't have to be mentally disabled. I'd do just about anything to get rid of physical disabilities. I'd trade, if given a choice. "So, okay, God. How about I keep the aphasia and get a healthy body back? Deal?") and then add to that desparate.

If you had DID and you found some dude online who says he can fix that, could you "safely recognize" if he is or isn't an answer from God?

This stopped being about micro on page 3. I'm disabled. I'm now in this to stop anyone who is wondering if he could fix them from thinking he can.

I've been there too. I've done the 25 different diets to fix my IBS, because doctors didn't want to mention my IBS was directly related to a pinched nerve in my back until 13 years after I could sue the surgeon.

I'm in this to clearly say "don't trust this guy for help, because he has no idea what he's doing!" I'm say that for the one or two people who might find this and think, "This guy could fix me."

No. He would make you worse.

Definitely not an academic or biblical discussion for me. The proof was already shown and keeps being repeated. Micro is not answering Biblical based questions because he cannot/will not do that.

I'm disabled. I spend too much time online because others like me are here too. I care about people, and I fear he will hurt some or cause them to commit suicide.

is it vigilant or valiant? I'm blond
LOL I'm going blond. (Okay, so most people call it gray, but I prefer blond. lol)

Sorry about that. That's a typo, aphasia, or a senior moment. Your choice. I can't remember. (I'm calling him Warrior from now on though. lol)

The other thread in the conspiracy section has been started I will not be taking the time to defend all these accusations but will lay out what the deliverance ministry really is.
What's the difference? You didn't give biblical support in the last thread, you didn't give any in this, so why would anyone (but people who dig a good conspiracy) assume you will in the next one?
