Wait one minute. I think you are going off the deep end here on stating that Catholics are demonic. Catholics are the closest to Christianity than anything and in all honesty we can learn a lot from them in the forms of repentance and professing our sins. It is not your place to pass judgement on whether someone is or isn't saved. God only knows who has accepted him or not. I am very upset that you would even put Catholics with Mormons and Jehovah Witness because they are nothing alike.

Mystery Reader, I am so sorry that someone passed judgment like this and in all honesty that is the last thing you needed to hear especially after the week you have had. It was completely not true and Catholics can very well be saved and nothing nobody can say or do that will make me change my mind.
what does GOD'S WORD say ? if you trust HIM good. if you trust man, then you are condemned/cursed by GOD.
so if you are a real Christian, no matter where on earth you are, or what group or country or ethnicity you were raised in, you are saved.
rcc catholicism is demonic. whoever trusts the pope is lost and cursed by GOD.
same with other religions.
if someone happens to be in one of those , as we all once were lost, they can be saved by
turning to GOD through grace and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
those who are trying to appease the heretics are strengthening the curse in their life - they don't repent
if you tell them they are okay.
NOT ONE OF THE APOSTLES OR PROPHETS EVER TOLD a deceived or a demonically controlled person they were okay ---- they TOLD EVERYONE TO REPENT and/or they drove the demons out. .
GOD'S WORD has not changed. EVERYONE MUST REPENT OR DIE IN THEIR SIN,
no matter what group they're born in or 'joined'.....

I don't think she's looking for "nominations", but rather (from reading her other posts), wants to know the types of backgrounds people have in their religious upbringing. You know, just a survey that shows the demographics (I said DEMOgraphics, NOT DEMONographics! 
As in, I think she's asking a perfectly valid question about what church denominations the CC crowd is made up of). I'm be interested in seeing the results myself.

When I write a poll I usually try to write my options down on a piece of paper first so I have them listed before I start writing. If you start writing your poll options and change your mind (want to add more, etc.), just go to the box next to "Number of Poll Options" and change the number, then hit "Update Options" (there should be a box directly beneath Number of Poll Options, to the left.) This will update your list of options and give you extra boxes to fill out if you choose to add more.
I saw that you had originally started a poll and wondered if maybe you'd wanted to add more options but wasn't sure how. The poll should also be anonymous (which might make people more comfortable about answering) UNLESS you choose the option at the end that says to make the poll results visible to others.

Salvation is an individual work between God and the individual....there will be a multitude of people saved from all different denominations as God only knows mans heart. We humans can only see the outside and have no idea what is going on with an individual and God....

God condemns everyone on earth who is not abiding in Jesus. that includes

the apostles did not preach a message of salvation IN ANY OTHER, only in JESUS.
so ALL OF THE PEOPLE IN ANY OTHER, are lost, no matter what group they are in.

I believe you are mistaken.....John 3:17 God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through Him might be saved.
Don't you recognize that Christians are all on different rungs of the ladder and God leads with His Holy Spirit people to Himself and there will be people in all denominations that are saved because they followed God and obeyed Him and loved Him with their whole heart. Those are usually the humble ones not condemning everyone else on earth that don't believe the way they do.
You might want to do a further study on Love the Lord Your God with all your heart and soul and your neighbor as yourself. In other words What have you done to help love them to the Lord instead of condemning them?

Mystery, to answer your actual question: I grew up WELS Lutheran, which is very similar to Catholicism but does not acknowledge the pope and encourages people to study the Bible on their own instead of just going by what the pastor says. I mean that as a distinguishing factor and NOT a criticism (Martin Luther, the founder, was originally a Catholic monk who broke away from the Catholicism.)
In my 20's and 30's, I was part of an Apostolic Assemblies of God Church. I later went on to other churches because of moving and searching for churches that had people within my own age group, which has included Methodist, Baptist, and, currently, non-denominational.

Are you saying everyone who attends a Catholic church is not a Christian? As I underlined in your above post, no matter what group you were raised in, if you believe in Christ, you will be saved. Prove everyone who attends a Catholic Church is not a follower of Jesus. You can't, because you would have to look into the heart of every single member of the Catholic Church.
