it gets hard, some of us live in places with very few christians, it severely narrows your dating options if you are limited to who goes to your church, or even christian dating sites i've looked on have <10 women within my age range and location.
I have met some very nice non-christian women who have expressed interest that I have had to turn down and it was incredibly hard after being single for so long. I would have been in a relationship years ago if I had not limited my options to christians.
i'm almost 35, I don't know how much longer I can try and remain chaste when I see no one else around me bothering too.

Stick around. This is a great place to find support and a like minded community of those who also believe in following God's commands about love and relationships. That's one of the main things that brought me here; I needed to know I wasn't crazy or weird for obeying God.
Also, What's with the shortage of Christian girls in Australia, seems like there's a lot of guys from down under saying there aren't any Christian girls around? Hmmm…. ladies, maybe we should move.

Maybe the person is socially awkward/anxious and need the practice so when they find a person they do like they can approach them properly without looking like an absolute buffoon?
In general, you're right but if you just need the social practice like me, I don't really care what they are xD Ask a girl out, go on a couple dates... then hop to the next one and correct what you did wrong the first time. Then after you build your confidence up, be a little more picky. Also helps keeps dating light and not so serious... till you land the one you wanna get serious with... then yes they should be a Christian xD

Tintin this thread reminds me of an article on banterist, a site of satirical humor. The author wrote a scathing rebuke of the person who hacked Paris Hilton's cell phone and copied her address book. Unfortunately many people who apparently majored in using google a lot found their way to his site and begged for the aforementioned phone number list in the comments section.
After months and months and MONTHS of saying "No, but thanks for playing" the author finally said, "Okay I am now officially depressed. I want my satirical humor website back. But now that I know the state of the world's intelligence I'm going to go to my bunker and enjoy the last few years before the world ends."
