The boss tells you what to do, or otherwise you will not get paid. You are not working for me, so there is no power I have over you. You can make your own choice to post Scripture or not to post Scripture. I am merely telling you how I will respond to you by the type communication that you choose.
(a) If you insult, and or go on and on about mere opinion, then I will tune you out like radio station.
(b) if you use God's Word, then I have some common ground to connect with you on the things of God.
For are own words or thoughts are not God's Word or thoughts. For faith comes by hearing God's Word, and not by hearing man's word.

Does that mean also taking upon ourselves the wrath and judgment rightfully reserved for Him alone? Are you aware that, at His return after the Tribulation, we accompany Him as His "army," but we basically just stand around and watch? Even in acquiring in our heavenly bodies real and true righteousness, we still won't have a say in the judgment.
One, Jacob didn't "take on the appearance" of Esau. He lied, pretending to be him. God didn't bless him for the lie. He blessed him despite the lie.
Two, if we in fact "take on the image of Christ" in exhibiting obedience, they why does He have to impute His righteousness to us? Jesus cleanses us of all unrighteousness by His death, and imputes to us a righteousness we cannot attain. It isn't through obedience, then, but God's grace in granting us faith to believe Christ does all that on our behalf. Obedience comes out of love for Christ because of that grace, not out of a self-generated ability to be obedient. We don't have one.

While others just post scripture out of context, underlined, in bold and make it all kinds of yummy colors.
.......claiming they don't teach , and manipulate the verses so bad, you can't even read them anymore.
The same ones who claim they are done here ,but eyeball it everyday. Funny.
I guess they are too good to grab our posts and respond to us sinners.

Perception is a funny thing, these seemed to pick up who Jesus was talking to here as well.

I disagree with almost everything you post. But I will agree in that insulting others is just insulting of itself. It's just elementary, and a very good reason nonbelievers have against Christians. We're a bunch of hypocrites that think we're better than everyone else. The fact Jason's thread has 8 pages and counting, goes to show much a lot people on here need a big reality check. Those that insult others on here, and are trying to justify insulting others, are what's really wrong with this world. Jesus have mercy on all of you.

And when you read 1 Corinthians chapters 1-2, you also have to read on into chapter 6 where it says this, too.
"Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-11).
And when you read 1 Corinthians chapters 1-2, you also have to read on into chapter 6 where it says this, too.
