The wild, sweeping statement that "the state is their god" is just silly.
Apart from their sexual orientation, homosexuals are people - with the same range of beliefs and standards as anyone else.

And the part which I realize is hard for you to get your head around ....
there are billions of people, including some homosexuals, around this planet for whom your 'bible' means nothing.
In terms of the law and justice and fairness and equality and tolerance, those people are entitled to all the same choices that Christians demand. Including state-sanctioned marriage.

These people have all the protection and rights of all citizens, they don't deserve a special right to justify their sexual perversions. We are not call as Christians or citizens of this nation to promote or encourage sexual deviants.

There should not be a IM SPECIAL because im gay card. In fact we should as a society be speaking against this destructive lifestyle, just as we would drug abuse or any other social problem.

Homosexuality is wrong, just like sexual relations outside of marriage between heterosexual couples is also wrong, a sin.
Jesus Christ said if you look at someone lustfully, you have already sinned with them in your heart. We're all sinners. Jesus died to save gays and lesbians from their sins just like he died to save us from out sins. We are ordered to love God and our neighbors and ourselves. We must also love our enemies.

Love is the most important thing for Christians. Young people are deceived and seduced by the homosexual media. If someone has those thoughts, feelings and urges, they can get help before doing anything wrong. There is a difference between having an artistic temperament and certain hobbies, talents, style, looks, gestures, way of talking, etc., and really being homosexual. Some people are teased and taunted, bullies, and then the social gay recruiting media crowd convince teenagers that they are gay, that they were born that way there brain is wired that way, there's nothing wrong with it, they should embrace it and be proud. What a horribly monstrous lie from Satan!


People are tempted with all kinds of lusts, sin, immorality, evil, stupid and shameful things. They are afraid to tell someone else and try to get help to stop that sin because their parents or pastor will be shocked and angry, and a secular counselor or psychiatrist is no use because they are not believers. Going to the Lord, praying, reading, confessing before the Lord, keeping a journal, and it is good to find someone trustworthy and wise in the word to help, give advise.

Jesus told us not to judge or condemn, to look out for the log in our eye instead of the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye. I have been guilty of being hypocritical and judging other people in the past. God disciplines me. If you meet someone you suspect is gay, be nice, kind and loving. A lot of gay people suffer greatly, but in these days many people of all difference walks of life suffer. Sometimes suffering is a result of sin, other times there are people like Job.

I remind you that the word JUDGE in the Greek means to PASS SENTENCE UPON, and has NOTHING TO DO WITH DISCERNING RIGHT FROM WRONG!

That is a nice sounding theory from the easy believism false gospel, but how do you square that with these Verses:

This is important IMO. A pastor that has the gift..........already knows that He and everybody he teaches are fallen creatures and WILL sin. So He teaches the word of God and gives his sheep the tools to handle problems BEFORE they come up. Or tells His sheep to shut their mouth and learn the word of God and the solution to their problem will eventually be taught.........so we don't need counseling or confessing to other people.........we are fed, so we can solve our own problems through the doctrine in our own souls.

I truly don't understand why the gay thing has everybody in an uproar.........the hand writing has been on the wall for years now.

For the most part, people are in an uproar, because they don't have the problem solving devices to deal with it.

Faith rest........rest in the faith of God.

personal destiny............we all have a personal destiny, this world and the present darkness is not going to stop that destiny.

Occupation with Christ........the things of this world matter very little if we are occupied with Christ.

Impersonal love for mankind.........we see all as one who Christ has died for.

And many more, but these alone should make us back up a little and see the bigger picture.

I am a Patriot to the core and this whole mess has made me look a little closer to God, I LOVE my country, but it is going to end. I don't like it, but its going to happen. But a new earth and a new heavens is going to be USA on steriods in the end.

I would have thought thieves and paedohpiles are in a different category to gays from the perspective of legal jurisprudence for the reason that homosexuality itself is a 'victimless crime', whereas the others necessarily require a victim.

And, of course, the other issue is that in both the case of hiring a thief or a pedohpile, in most cases (depending on your jurisdiction), you are not actually prevented from doing so. Certainly, there is no case where a persons record for theft would inherently prevent you from employing them, except maybe legal professions, law enforcement, etc.

In Australia, it's not unlawful to discriminate against people on the basis of a criminal record, but doing so can mean your case is referred to the Human Rights Comission and be obliged to undergo a conciliation process. Usually, the only time this would happen is if the criminal action is irrelevant to the occupation (i.e preventing someone from working in a supermarket because of drug offences) - in other cases, you are generally ok to discriminate on the basis of a criminal record that relates to the job they are applying for, within reason, but you are not required to.

There are specific protections prevent child sex offenders from working with children in most states, and various protections relating to law enforcement occupations, political office, etc but otherwise, there is nothing actively preventing you from employing a criminal.

Personally, I would have no issue employing a convicted thief in my jewellery store (if I had one), depending on when they were convicted, the nature of the crime, their other qualifications, and my own appraisal of their character. Certainly, it doesn't incentivise ex convicts becoming functioning members of society if they can't gain lawful employment.

All of which is to say - there are reasons why criminals can be discriminated against (namely recidivism and creating opportunity for further criminal acts against others), and even then they can only be discriminated against in certain circumstances - they can't be prevented from gaining employment in toto. I'm not sure the same argument can be applied to homosexuals in a legal sense, no matter what we think in a religious sense.

I'd actually be interested in finding out more about outcomes in other countries that have legalised same sex marriage (particularly the likes of Belgium and the Netherlands, who have had it for the better part of ten years now), and what the run off effects have been. Not sure how to go about finding that out, though.

1) I took a quick look at these "studies"
--First this association started as Bias. Only to back their own beliefs. This is not a "neutral study" and only campares "same sex marriages who have kids" to "those who have a mom and dad"
--Of course two dads or two moms are going to raise the kids. I really feel there should be a strong female or male influence in this.

--Did they do these studies compared to:
-Single moms or dads?
-"non traditional, blended families? (divorced and remarried)"
- Parents in poverty?
-Kids who had to raise themselves
-or a Mom and dad who are too strict...or kicked their kid out of the home for "being gay or lesbian?"
- The orphan who never got even one parent and grew up in the foster system
-The kid who lost a parent at a young age.
-The parent (or parents) have some sort of substance abuse issue.
-The parents are physically, mentally or emotionally abusive.


--One they do studies on all of these "scenarios" in addition to the "perfect traditional family" Then the findings may be of interest to me. Until then; this is a bias and void case study.

NO Every kid needs a loving parent or parents.

If you build a "case study" ONLY expecting to find the answers you want, then that is what you will get. The article does not even specifically specify how loving parents (LGBTQA couple) are "detrimental to kids"

It's not that being gay and being Black is the same thing, it's what the Supreme Court did that is the same thing. They went went above the state's head and "created law" (interpreted law) that went against certain state's marriage requirements/definitions.

Are you familiar with Loving v. Virginia? The Supreme Court did the same exact thing. No one had a problem with them "creating" law then.

USA a Christian founded nation by their 'forefathers of faith', who fled from 'persecution' of the Roman Catholic rule in England, forgot their 'spiritual marriage' with CHRIST of the New Covenant/Testament and have become one with the world, even through their 'wild influences', while being 'unfaithful' in their marriage. They have gone ahead from CHRIST's word/teaching and have not GOD. Sadly they have grown to men's deceptive way of 'love' for the community, ignoring the 'fact' that they have 'enslaved' the community to their 'system of commerce and science' and finally erase GOD of their forefathers Salvation' out of their mind.

They are not born from above, in order in time to come, to utterly feel shameful about their unfaithfulness to CHRIST of GOD. They are 'outsiders' and Apostle Paul instructs the church, "Why should we judge outsiders, when GOD is their judge. Should we not judge our own members", according to the New Covenant/Testament.

Apostle Peter said in his 'epistle', that;

"You deserve to suffer if you are a murderer, busybody and an adulterer."

This is as 'a reminder' and 'a stir up of memory' to Christians about all that have been written and given for our 'practices' and 'abiding' in HIS word/teaching and 'bear much fruit', perhaps 'good fruit' in faithfully honoring CHRIST.
