No, the Law of Moses is no longer binding as a whole. The Law has changed (Hebrews 7:12). Meaning, we are to obey the commands given to us in the New Testament and not the Old Testament. Granted, while God's moral laws have carried over from the Old to the New, none of the ceremonial laws or judicial laws have carried over. For we do not sacrifice animals to a priest anymore in a Temple. We do not render an eye for an eye, but we are to turn the other cheek. We can now eat unclean animals (Which is a violation of OT Law).
