Have no idea who your talking about. Gregory XIII was Pope of the Church of Rome from 13 May 1572 to his death in 1585.
Thanks for your help Is.
I was communicating to the person called Valiant. As the XIII can indicate, there were more than one Gregorys. The very first one, because he was such a successful administrator, is credited by many (including me) as signaling the beginning of Catholicism. As a large hierarchy to which Christians or 'Christians' submitted. Here's a bio of him from the internet:
Pope Gregory I, commonly known as Saint Gregory the Great, was Pope from 3 September 590 to his death in 604. Gregory is well known for his writings, which were more prolific than those of any of his predecessors as pope. He is also known as St. Gregory the Dialogist in Eastern Christianity because of his Dialogues. For this reason, English translations of Eastern texts will sometimes list him as "Gregory Dialogus".
[God finished doing 69 of the sevens toward Israel in AD 30, when Messiah was crucified.
All that's left is for them to be born-again as a nation. I]s your interpretation.
That makes sense.
Since I wrote it.
But it is based on the text which is Daniel 9:24-27. If you have it, I encourage you to read and interpret
it also. For example 26 mentions Messiah being cut off after 62 weeks. (Which = after 69 weeks, since 7 of
the weeks already came before the 62 in the text.) Since that happened in the past (AD 30ish), and since
24 says the entire 70 sevens are for Daniel's people, that is the basis for my interpretation:
God finished doing 69 of the sevens toward Israel in AD 30, when Messiah was crucified.
The rest of my interpretation: All that's left is for them to be born-again as a nation,
is based on the fact that God loves Israel and is not finished with them as a nation.
Per Isaiah and Zechariah and Daniel..........but summarized by Paul in Romans 11.
Where he writes that all Israel will be saved. In Zechariah 11--14 Israel is not only
rescued physically from armies, but is also born of God by---each and everyone of them,
the survivors---recognizing their real Messiah, whom they pierced (whom their forefathers
crucified). I'm not aware of anything else Scripturally (or apart from Scripture) that is more
important for Israel than this. Thanks
