I was just curious, do you like to read and are you able to do so on the treadmill?
I myself have discovered the magic of a stationery bike on my "less intense" days. I just plop myself down with a book (or 3), and before I know it, my half hour or whatever is up. It's made the whole process much more bearable. Just thought maybe it might work for you?
I admit I can't do any "heavy reading" while on a treadmill... For that, I bring a book with lots of pictures (home decorating, art, fashion) and fewer paragraphs. How about a book of your favorite comic strip?
