Isn't it a Christian law to treat others with love, though? Not only is saying that unchristian behavior. It's just downright immature.

Sorry, that directly conflicts with bro code. After a guy and girl have broken up, the guy's friends are required to point out the girl's faults. Kind of a consolation, y'see, to help the guy not feel so bad about losing the girl. ;)

(Although it seems it would make him feel WORSE because he picked such a loser girl in the first place. I don't claim to understand it any better than you. But I have observed it to be a fact, after a breakup the guy AND the girl all have friends telling them what a loser the other person was.)

We had this code when I was in the men's res at university. If you dated a girl your name could not be added to this list of shame but as soon as you broke up with her it was open season...

I usually took my friend with all the stuff he received from the girl, with her pictures and we burned it in a basin somewhere :D

I have a hard time believing Jesus would be okay with picking on a woman's looks.

Right. Even a blow-up air mattress. A sleeping bag is permissible, but that's all the padding you should need. A real man should be able to sleep on the ground.

Let me explain what this thread is. "Man laws" or "Bro code" is not a list of serious laws. It is an observation of, and more often than not an exaggeration of, human nature. Specifically human nature for guys. We have observed certain things that guys do, then we state that tendency as a law.

In other words, the whole thread is basically a joke thread.

I'm sorry, but I don't see it as a joke when there have been people on this site that have publicly said they struggle with self esteem. That they get picked on because of looks.. So forgive me if I felt your "ugly stick" comment was insensitive.. I believe we should think before posting something just because it's a "joke" and we can get cheap laughs and likes from it.
