Heaven, my dear Sister. You describe someone who backslid; you didn't describe someone who renounced their faith in Jesus, which is worse than murder as far as salvation goes. :)
No Paul warns not to be deceived. Murderers don't inherit the Kingdom. If you hate your brother you're in darkness. That's not born again. If you repented just before the accident you go to heaven.
Calvin made that up because he killed someone himself. Why do people trust the theology of a murderer? Paul murdered christians too but at least he got saved which means no more killing before he started to write his letters.

God does not break His promise, but some people break their covenant with God,by not doing what is required of them in the eyes of God.

The Bible says we will be saved if we continue in the goodness of God,and we do that by allowing the Spirit to lead us.

Some people deny the Spirit leading them, which the Bible says they have a form of godliness, but deny the power thereof, ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth, and lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God,which Jesus denied some people that claimed Him,because He said they were workers of iniquity, and did not do the will of the Father, and 5 of the 10 virgins were only granted access to heaven, which were the ones that oil in their lamp, which is the word of God taught by the Spirit, and oil in their vessels, which they allowed the Spirit to lead them.

But all we have to do is allow the Spirit to lead us,and we have no problem, but some people break their covenant with God.

God will not break His promise if we do what is right, because the gifts and calling of God are without repentance, which means once God calls you,and you are saved,He will not turn from it.

Once saved always saved cannot be true, for then God's kingdom would not be true love, and the Bible says God is not willing that any perish, but all come to be repentance, and be saved, and Jesus is the savior of all people, and lights every person that comes in this world, which means that everybody can be saved, and the Bible says whosoever will can be saved, and anybody that calls on the Lord can be saved.

Do we not have the promise that God WILL complete the work He has begun in us? (Phil. 1:6)

Why limit it to murderers? Cowards and liars are listed right there along side the murderers. If those are descriptions of Believers, then we are all doomed.

If we all can go on lying and hating and everything because it's all grace, why bother those poor practising homosexuals who can't help it?

Because sin is bondage.

I trust Jesus alone and couldn't care less about calvin or any other self-proclaimed no-it-all. Show me the Scripture that says whoever believes in Jesus shall be saved unless you're a murderer.

Nope, God's integrity holds everything together at a subatomic level, He can't break His word cuz He can't lie.

smh.............Son, I backslid. Someone that drinks themself into a coma ISN'T saved.
Put it in print for me and the room to see - Do you think that I was saved the whole way through that ordeal? A simple yes or no.
I believe you were still saved Phil, when your kids misbehave do you kill them? hurt them? disenherit them?
or...... do you talk with them, show them where the error lies, give good counsel, disipline and correct them?

I'll bet as many times as it takes you do it, because you love them and are committed to them.

How much more God loves us!!! His mercy and lovingkindness toward us is such a blessing, I thank Him daily for Jesus.

Salvation and sanctification are two different things. If you are saved, that's the end of the matter. Sanctification is Christ in you working it out in your daily living. Nothing can separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus.

I believe it is a matter of Identity as you can see by the scriptures below. There is a difference between the righteous in Christ and the unrighteous in Adam still. We need to be taught who we are in Christ and identify with the new creation in Christ but our righteousness is never based on our "performance"....it is based on Christ's performance in His finished work.

Now I believe if we act like the unrighteous - we will not inherit the things of the kingdom and all that the Lord has for us in this life...we will reap what we sow unless we go to the throne of grace to obtain mercy and help in time of need. ( inherit the kingdom does not have to mean - you lose salvation and not go to heaven )

As one guy I heard say.."Sinning is just plain stupid"

Romans 8:13 (NASB)
[SUP]13 [/SUP] for if you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 (NASB)
[SUP]9 [/SUP] Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,
[SUP]10 [/SUP] nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.
[SUP]11 [/SUP] Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.

That's Holy Spirit, not holy spirit. Stop insulting HIM. And "we" don't do "necessary" things for salvation, Jesus did what was necessary.
Oh My! What a legalist you are!! Do I need to call him Mr. Holy Spirit, too?

You are channeling the passive Calvignostic version of grace.

The Christian who has turned away from wisdom.... and the Christian who is obeying all the law... neither will receive any glory. All the glory goes to the Lord Jesus. No flesh will ever enter the kingdom of God. There's no flesh obedient enough to get into the Presence of God.

And you also refer to HIM as an "it". Just like the heretic Adolph E. Knoch that you follow.

Spiritual truth cannot be understood by intellect. It is all revelation of the Lord Jesus by His Spirit. It's only through the mind of Jesus Christ that we can understand in our inner man, and He gets all the glory for that. Nobody is obedient by their own doing. We can only surrender our mind to Christ and rest, believing Him. That's all we can do. We are prisoners of Christ Jesus. :) Quit struggling. It's finished. Rest in Him.

I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord, so then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
