If they are asking advice and prayer on how to deal with the problems of adultery, are they not implying that the action and thoughts of such a thing are condemned? Anyway, to even use the word condemn makes me uneasy. I would bot use that word if it was not in reply. Sin is not commendable, but neither will I condemn a persons sexual immorality as a blanket knee jerk routine response. Continual condemnation is from the devil. So many of us have had enough of our own stuff to deal with, and are so thankful of Gods forgiveness of our sins that we know better then to do that. Let God deal with it, and lead me. Beyond that, I will pray in humility and love.
I hope outsiders come to ChristianChat.com and see that all Christians are not hateful bigots, and that whether or not something is said to be wrong in Scripture, we can still love those who are different from us, just as Jesus commanded. If I were to be seen as someone who could love a person that others cannot, I would count that as a great honor. It is terribly sad to me the way homosexuals have been persecuted and suffered as a result.
I mean if we want to see what Jesus promoted in terms of proper relationships we have this verse...

Context is divorce, but He in making these statements that represent heterosexual marriage. Therefore He stands for such, agreeing vvith God. He may have not said anything about homosexuality but he surely did of heterosexuality.

I agree..the point was that Jesus did not mention them when He was on this earth..didn't speak about them..we all know or should know that He is against anything like this..
I get where you're coming from in that respect. Christ came to save the world, not condemn them. God loves them, and He will have His process of sanctification in all of us.

I have spoken with many Christians both online and offline but never have i found one that supports the gay sexual lifestyle, doesn't mean some don't but luckily I have not run across any. However I have noticed how some (Christians) are prone to bash the gays themselves not hating the sin and loving the sinner.
But I am not innocent of judging another either in the case of the gays I do not support their lief style but I also know some truly want to change and follow Christ but their desires are so always so easily discarded. Before I go about talking about how homosexuality is an abomination I take into account I was once an abomination but was shown grace and love had my tears wiped away was shown I mattered when all I knew was people thinking I didn't was cared for in my weakness and sadness was robed in love and light when all I had was sin and filth.

I think the apostles position on homosexuality is a good argument, to make the point even clearer. VVho taught the apostles? Jesus. So would it matter what they had to say on homosexuality? He taught them after all, so can we assume their position is inline with Jesus. Right?

People are pretending that Jesus, while He walked this world during His earthly ministry, explicitly said anything about homosexuality. I would just like to see these Scriptures if they exist. I don't believe they do. Can you prove me wrong?

You should have figured out by now, that you've been proven wrong and you don't like it. You'd rather believe that Jesus stayed silent on homosexuality, even with the proof being presented to you by many posters here.
