Hey I just noticed something:

There are a lot of members (whose posts I've responded to, and who have not been banned) who are now "Guests".

What's going on around here?

One appears as a "guest" when they leave on their own accord.

let's not be sad, but hopeful that they are being led and continuing onward and upward on their journeys -
as their Heavenly Father leads them...

A good number of people who "leave" don't actually leave.

They just come back under new names and choose to tell only a few select people, if they tell anyone at all.

A good number of your old favorites are probably still here, just under new names. If you were familiar with their writing style and life stories, you may be able to recognize a good number of them, because even under new names, they're still the same people.

well, we know that they have a reason, we just pray that it is our Father's will and that they
are obeying Him in their walk...

I would disagree that they are 'still' the 'same' people, for we pray that they have grown and matured
and gone to a higher level of service in their walk for their Saviour...

*smile* Of course, we wish that for them.

But what I was talking about is, if you have someone who talks about being from a military family and their older sibling died and they have three kids and this person disappears...

And then here comes Person X who says they know all about military life, had as sibling who was killed, and is raising three children...

You just might have a match.

Of course the people themselves may change--but cornerstone facts in their life will not, and that's often how you can recognize "new" users... who aren't exactly so new.

In December last year I tried to log in but to my astonishment I found it to be impossible. I was no longer considered as a member and all my previous postings had me as a Guest. I never received an explanation for this. I had to re register
using my old nick name with a different spelling, (the right one actually). Fortunately I have had no problems since.

I couldn't log in anymore with coby. Banned myself by changing my password and email. Was way too addicted to posting.

You sure want to see him banned again. He got banned because someone said he stalked her. He didn't. He just wanted to talk things out and now they're friends again.
People who want others banned for no reason and people who can go on and on name calling others make that those who just want to post friendly leave.

I haven't reported him. I have no need or reason to. Several others have noticed him, too, and I'm sure the mods can put it all together, so it's all up to them.

There are countless others here who are doing the same thing as well, and people need to be aware of this (users constantly coming back under different names) in case they don't want to be found by someone.

I also think it's important to know these things as well because people also get catfished here--and coming back under multiple names is a classic catfish hallmark. Not that everyone who does is a catfish, but it's important to be aware.

God bless, Coby, and I hope it all works out for you.

P.S. By the way, Messy/Coby (I'm only calling you Coby because you told us in a thread that you're Coby, but we already knew from your first post :)) -- we've missed your post in Singles.

Hope you'll come back to us soon. :)

I realize that's how it works, but what's with the apparent mass exodus? Makes me kinda sad :(
Real life, politics, onsite stuff, personalities... many reasons to leave, and often we're not supposed to talk about it.
