In the Original languages it does.
No it does not! All you have is some evil peoples word and their evil translation the written Word of God.

To believe those evil people one has to believe that Apostle John was wrong.

(1 John 3:5-6) “Now you know that he appeared in order to abolish sin, and that in him there is no sin; anyone who lives in God does not sin, and anyone who sins has never seen him or known him.”

(1 John 2:5 -6) “Whoever says, 'I know him' without keeping his commandments, is a liar, and truth has no place in him. But anyone who does keep his word, in such a one God's love truly reaches its perfection. This is the proof that we are in God. Whoever claims to remain in him must act as he acted.”

We're not talking of habitual sinning and gleeing in it, but Christians have lapses into sin and repent of it.
Your drivel only brings on despair, not hope.
NO! A Christian is a Child of God, and cannot sin. A way to understand that is to know that if a Child of God deliberately commits a sin he or she will never be a child of God again.

(Hebrews 10:26-31) “If, after we have been given knowledge of the truth, we should deliberately commit any sins, then there is no longer any sacrifice for them. There is left only the dreadful prospect of judgment and of the fiery wrath that is to devour your enemies. Anyone who disregards the Law of Moses is ruthlessly put to death on the word of two witnesses or three; and you may be sure that anyone who tramples on the Son of God, and who treats the blood of the covenant which sanctified him as if it were not holy, and who insults the Spirit of grace, will be condemned to a far severer punishment. We are all aware who it was that said: Vengeance is mine; I will vindicate his people. It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

They didn't have the ability that we do to live right so the standard they had isn't what we have.. We have no excuse... The point of bringing them up was about faith.. Doesn't negate 1J 3 as being absolutely true...
Our ability to live right doesn't save us, it is faith in Jesus and His redemptive work for us. The OT saints had the promises and looked forward in faith.

Yes, and after Jesus came we still sin (even though it is not our desire to), we still get sick, we still die ...until the day of redemption of our bodies.
What an evil teaching it is to believe Jesus came and failed. Jesus came to defeat Satan/sin and he did not fail.

(1 John 3:5-6) “Now you know that he appeared in order to abolish sin, and that in him there is no sin; anyone who lives in God does not sin, and anyone who sins has never seen him or known him.”

Ok, you know what? Have your delusion and live in it too.

A sinner is the demon, and that is scripture.

(1 John 3:9-10) “No one who is a child of God sins because God's seed remains in him. Nor can he sin, because he is a child of God. This is what distinguishes the children of God from the children of the devil: whoever does not live uprightly and does not love his brother is not from God” New Jerusalem bible

It is only our faith in Christ that leads us to do as 1J3 says that saves us.. Having practiced sin and not fully making Christ your Lord will not gain you entrance..

Accept Him as Lord and savior, not just savior..

Let's see. The Corinthians had the Holy Spirit, practiced His gifts but were full of selfishness, striving, party spirit etc. But Paul said they were brethren.
Yes, but Paul also says he could not move on to meat with them ...

1 COR 3

3 And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. 2 I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; 3 for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?

Perfection of the soul (not spirit) is a

process in Christ ....

If you loose your temper and curse
and then, for some reason, die
do you go to tell for that one curse word?

Again people look around and say "oh they made it or their ok" and base salvation off of assumptions.. The Bible says what it says bc it's absolutely true... Grace does not cover up, nor is salvation for the practicing.. Bc you've shown no loyalty.. Give up your life.. If you have and press, then this is not for you.. Those who think some things will be overlooked are mistaken

But what you fail to realize is that it is not about our perfection but the perfection of Christ. By looking at it as our perfection you have immediately put yourself before God thus sinning. It is what Christ did for us not what we do for Christ that gains us eternal life.

No we are not to keep letting sin rule our lives and stay in sin. This is not an "excuse" to sin. It is about letting Christ guid us and build us so we can kerp from sinning. Shoot, even Paul called himself the "chief sinner". He also tells us that he strughled with nit doing what he should but doing what he shouldnt. Sanctification is a growing process where we let God do His work in us. It is a lifestyle chage from being slaves to sin to slaves to God.
Such teaching is evil, and it is saying that Apostle John, and Paul are wrong.
A sinner is of the devil, scripture tills us that, and your teaching says scripture is wrong, and that is evil. Such teaching has been taught by people who sin. People who sin are of the devil.
A Christian is a follower of Jesus Christ and lives as Jesus lived, and Jesus Christ did not sin.

Do you have they Holy Spirit with you? What evidence do you have that makes you believe you have the Holy Spirit, if you do believe that?

If one is a Christian he or she has the Holy Spirit.

Remember a Christian is a Child of God.

(1 John 3:9-10) “No one who is a child of God sins because God's seed remains in him. Nor can he sin, because he is a child of God. This is what distinguishes the children of God from the children of the devil: whoever does not live uprightly and does not love his brother is not from God” New Jerusalem bible

The most solid evidence I have that proves I'm saved and have the Holy Spirit is the word of God. God's word tells me when I believed upon the gospel of Jesus Christ I was saved and sealed with the Holy Spirit unto the day of redemption. The word of God is my assurance.

One question to those who feel we are to be sinless. At any time during any day do you sin? Not just talking about the ten commandments here either. Do you ever do anything that is not completely out of love to someone? Do you ever have a bad thought? Do you ever think badly about someone? Do you evet curse in your mind? Do you ever do a "little" thing that is outside Gods law? If you say no to any of these then you are sinning because you are now lying to God, yourself and me.

Yrs we are not to deliberately sin but, we will still end up doing something that God would call a sin. We may not realize it or notice it but it still happens. But at the end of each day we can pray to God for forgiveness of those things we did not realize that we did.

We live under grace not our perfection.

the only way to live sinless is somewhere in the middle of nowhere with nothing and noone in sight.. then it may be possible

No for you to believe one can’t become sinless is denying what Jesus came here to do, and you are saying Jesus failed. To believe as you do you need to disbelieve what Apostles John says, and also what Paul said.

(1 John 3:9-10) “No one who is a child of God sins because God's seed remains in him. Nor can he sin, because he is a child of God. This is what distinguishes the children of God from the children of the devil: whoever does not live uprightly and does not love his brother is not from God” New Jerusalem bible

(Romans 8:1-4) “The reason, therefore, why those who are in Christ Jesus are not condemned, is that the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death. God has done what the Law, because of our unspiritual nature, was unable to do. God dealt with sin by sending his own Son in a body as physical as any sinful body, and in that body God condemned sin he did this in order the Law’s just demands might be satisfied in us, who behave not as our unspiritual nature but as the spirit dictates.”
I would appreciate it if you wouldn't put words in my mouth I am not saying Jesus failed and I would like it if you would not say such things. Again can you tell me without any doubt that you are perfect and sinless?
