I drink both. I have lemon juice and honey to start the day. Coffee when I get to the office so my brain can function. Tea after lunch, to help with my digestive system. I'm not very consistent with it, but I love both for the benefits. Although, I try to lower my caffeine intake, now. I've had way too much for working graveyard shifts for a long time.
I go with the Japanese green tea. And (Old Town) instant coffee (less sugar).
