I'm just being real don't sock me one with an apple I'm not against baptists but when I was younger I grew up baptist and then God lead me to pentecostal their not perfect either! my parents went to a new baptist church and the pastor looked worn he looked sad frowning and burdened with cares and was sharing about grief I thgt uggh this Baptists are sad and boring like the ones I grew up with their depressed OK ignorant moment over.. And then life was like really difficult later and I'm now praising God I'm going thru grief like that pastor he's right we don't have all the answers! And God is quiet at times

One of the greatest blessings of the truth about pain and grief I learned and helped me to grow up a bit is we don't have all the answers. I realised on my own not someone telling me that if I had heard Gods voice a lot in my heart like I use to in my teens at the no I couldn't handle it I'm so thankful he never asks us to do stuff we can't do or speak to us in a way we know were not ready because he The Lord Knows I'd be scared to hear him that way or flare up in anger. I'm processing this stuff . I know God is the answer has all the answers but I'm starting to see from his perspective / truth now that there was heaps of times he could of spoken to me in a way I liked but guaranteed I wouldn't have been able to have handled. I don't like it when Christians don't understand handling pain and grief probably its like were suppose to have all the answers. I'm glad God broke my bones! Haha so to speak referring to a psalm because it was neccasary to see how much I need him not to be like well I'm gonna do it my way and he will be able to permeate all areas or experience realms of him I wouldn't have been able to otherwise. We don't have all the answers so we don't have to take that pressure
Loving people and seeing people from God's perspective will change your world. It radically changes your heart. My heart is much more compassionate since He did that in me.

The beauty of God is, we don't have all the answers but He does. He sees us in our brokenness. He sees the wrongs done. He forgives. The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love.

For me, once I figured out all the "stuff" that happens to me down here isn't what's important, it's how I respond and react to it, that also changed me radically.

He could also be thinking you have a houseplant you've named and 15 cats of various breeds, colors, and personalities. Impossible to know what a guy is thinking, or if he is at all, when he speaks.

I agree. Sometimes we guys ask a random question, only to be met with an oratorical answer! And we just sit there like - O.O

I'm going to admit something heinous... Despite being artistically inclined, and creative, I am terrible at getting ideas of my own.

I have to scour the internet for things to do with my husband, because date ideas aren't something my brain is very happy to do for me.
When you're married, keep trying to win each other, it's important. Too many people say "we just aren't in love anymore"... Bull crap. Starving anything, will die eventually, that goes for relationships as well.
