I actually watched the entire speech because I wanted to see if he had changed his approach to things, and was seeking to be more "Presidential" as they say.

There were some good parts to it.........building the Military......cutting taxes........replacing Obamacare.......

and, there was one section, near the end, that seemed to be more tossing red meat the the angry masses than actual "goals." I am speaking of when he began to talk about illegal immigration near the end of the speech. He promised some things that I just do not believe he can ever deliver on............."build a GREAT WALL," and "END ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION." Seriously........he, with the approval of Congress could and may well build some more sections of wall along the Border, and possibly fencing as well...........but a GREAT WALL? What exactly is that?

And, to promise the American people that he was going to END illegal immigration is so disingenuous of him. There is no way anyone can END illegal immigration other than to open our Borders and declare all peoples welcome! It left me wondering if his supporters (who were cheering passionately) ACTUALLY BELIEVED he could do this? Or, were they just caught up in the "red meat" being fed them?

Then, he began to state how he was going to clean up the "inner cities." Put an end to the gang violence, drugs and such, and make our inner cities safe for people to live in. Do his supporters actually believe he will do this?

So, the question I want to ask is: As a Trump supporter, will you EXPECT him to keep these promises, or was he just blowing smoke, and you don't care if he keeps them or not?

Anyway, he did well at what he does, and that is to fire up his supporters. However, it is funny to see him start his speech calling for "unity," and "healing," and then go into a lengthy rant belittling pretty much anyone and everyone on the left. Supporter or not, that is funny.

Yeah, can't wait to see him take office:p. Gonna be interesting. Reckon he'll unite the country in no time;). Heard he's making phone calls already which is not approved by the State Department. Sure wonder what his next move is.

It's very difficult to find anyone in US politics that understands humbleness.

I dont understand how "ending illegal immigration" equals "tossing red meat to the angry masses".

Why does having issues with illegal immigration now equal rage and hatred?

And anywho, of course he wont make the country perfect now and forever, I dont think anyone really believes that : p Id rather see a president talk about real issues than see our president continue with pushing the racial and gender issues the media seems so intent on pushing on us. I believe that those groups who claim to have been fighting racism these past few years have created more racism by their actions, and Im glad to have a coming president who will not pander to them.

We can ask "will Trump really help clean up inner cities?", but I have to ask, have the democrats really helped all that much with that issue? Doesnt seem like it : p Might as well give Trump the chance before we immediately put him down before hes even started : p

He may end up being a terrible president, who knows. Thats the risk you take every time you vote : p I still prefer him over the other choice : p

what is humility?
You know bowing to tyrant dictators and sheiks in apology for being a great nation. That's "humility" right?

Excellent post, brother. Its astonishing how low liberals are when they see applying the rule of law and protecting one's sovereignty as hateful. Can't wait to hear them say the same thing to God on that great and terrible day.

I sometimes feel like people these days are mixing "unpleasant" up with "hateful".

Dunno, though : p People seem to think anything they dont like is hateful anymore. Can be frustrating having to hear these people go on calling everything hateful now : /

This is a sad example of pitiful Liberal sniviling. I honestly thought you were above that sort of thing.

"Oh, the man will not walk on water, so he is not worth anything." He wants to do ten times what our last president did, but if he can only do eight times what Obama did, we should stone him."

Some of your comments shouldn't even come out of an adult's mouth....... You're expecting, maybe, The Great Wall of China?
