Can we pray Mary?

I also have often wondered why Protestants don't see Mary.

Maybe there's just so much we don't know.
We read our bible and can only know what is written there, but John himself says that everything could not be written down.
There's a lot we don't know and don't understand.

I'm not willing to shrug anything off.

I know persons, personally, that have been to Medjugorie and they come back saved.
Don't understand it. I've never been there.
I've been to Lourdes. Just a few years ago.
It brought tears to my eyes to see so many believers all together in one place.
(at the evening procession with each person holding a candle)

miracle happen from both side, devil and God. Go to eastern country. Healing, Find a theift etc . My Step grandma use to ask shaman If she lost same thing. One time when I was about 10 years old, she ask me go with her. Devil can tell WHO took It.

my neighbors have a Throat problem, doctor Said need surgery, his dad go to Shaman It is cheaper and faste

shaman pray, and he use a spon and salt to pray the tumor. Not much bleeding, and heal in a day,

some my friend in the shcool, ask his dead granpha, what kind of question Will be in his Exam, and what is the answered

the devil able to turn Stick into Snake in Moses time. He have a power to do miracle like God. And he pretend to be our granpha, or mary or what ever he want.

healing is not a big problem. My cousin in law, almost die If kidney, Buddhist Pastur make ritual, pray for her, she heal instantly.

the devil not always success, next time when It happen again not success, she die and my cousin husband repent and in the ministry now.

Devil has a power but Limited.

How does it trip them up if they get saved and start talking about Jesus?

But the Shaman was not praying in the name of Jesus, right?

If you pray in the name of Jesus and you get a healing, the healing is from God.
Jesus was accused of healing by the devil, He said a house divided cannot stand, just like I told D.

It's a possibility.

Jesus Himself went on the Mt. of Transfiguration to pray and who showed up but Moses, who was dead, and Elijah, who was also dead.

Why would Jesus have been speaking to dead people?

And in Hebrews 10:32-35 WHO is the Great Cloud Of Witnesses?

That faith is corrupted by demonic junk. They will believe in a Romanist Jesus. Not the real Jesus

Mary is not my mother and NO where are we told to pray to her or through her.....

Some also conveniently overlook that it was a Spiritual experience involving Jesus Who is the giver of life, Who can manifest and/or resurrect anyone at any time for any purpose. Perhaps they really do not have any clue what the transfiguration was about despite their years and years and years of study and teaching :confused:

Be like Jesus and refuse to elevate Mary above anybody else.

my cousin was Christian like the rest of our family, she was not charismatic et all. Than she went to Bali, she learn how to Invitasi power, she think is from the Lord, when she come back for a view Daus visiting her mom, she pray in the name of Jesus, pray in tounge etc.
her mom suspicious, visit to Bali with my other cousin. My other cousin say in her rom in Bali, she have all kind of equipment for ritual, she use incense and her house smell incense.

how about pray to mary? Or both Mary and Jesus?

Just like Mary was elevated to Co-Redemptrix, Peter was elevated to be the first Pope of Rome (so now we have a Vicar of Christ). Were both of them to return to earth, there would be a throrough purging of the Vatican and all its corruption.

There are people on this site who claim to be protestant while they defend and uphold the heresies of the RCC as being superior to protestantism. The RCC is desperate to get people to come back to their evil ways. They must really be hurting after the pope kissed the Koran and made like we worship the same God, but many Catholics don't seem to see anything wrong with any of their errors. (With apologies to the OP :))

Sure you can pray to Mary.Who told you that you could not pray to Mary.You can pray to Mary everyday if you want to.

It will do you no good,and no benefit will come from it,but you can pray to Mary if you like,for you have a choice between good and evil.

Which sorry for being a smart aleck,but praying to Mary has no benefit to our spiritual salvation,and not even physical blessings.

Jesus put Mary in the same boat as everyone else,and did not think of her higher than any other saint,which He said,whoever does the will of My Father,the same is My mother,brethren,and sisters,and whoever hears the word of God,and does it,is as blessed as Mary.

Jesus intentionally pointed out not to exalt Mary,and all the saints are as blessed as her,and she is not above any saint,so that people would not try to exalt her.

And they went and did it anyway.

I only pray to God (or Jesus, who I believe is God in flesh). Why would I pray to anybody else?

To say Mary is Co redeemer is heresy. Peter would laugh at you for saying he was the first pope...Then he would call the nice young men in the white coats for you

Like when people have a conversation with a dead person.

The point is that Moses and Elijah were dead.
And Jesus was talking to them.

Elihah has not died yet and Moses was in heaven..Not dead.
