I am not sure, actually, how they rationalize all the ins and outs of their theories... and apologize if I may have misrepresented them unwittingly... it does seem that Neanderthals are considered (assumed?) to be an earlier hominid (that is the word I should have used earlier instead of humanoid), even though obviously Neanderthals and Homo Sapiens were around at the same time. That there are still shepherds does not really detract, though, for we are meat eaters after all (even though meat was not officially given for food until after the flood). The fellow I mentioned, Dave, was a really neat guy :D He did believe in Jesus Christ, but held to quite a different view of history than most, and he treated everyone decently too, despite all the flack he took.
I thought you were saying that those people believe that the later "dominated and won out over" the former. Kind of implies that there's no more former. That's why I said that there were later shepherds.

Genesis 2:17

“But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”

Timothy 2:14

14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

ya maybe she convinced him to eat

maybe he didnt do it out of love either

but he knew better
I don't think you understand what that is saying.

12But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 13For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. 15Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

The reasons that the woman are not to teach:
A.) Adam was first formed.
B.) The serpent did not deceive Adam, but the woman was deceived by the serpent was in the transgression.

Not that certain types here care at all what the Bible says. That's one thing that has been made clear to me in my time on this forum.

You take ALL of the verses that address the issue....Or leave it alone. So. 1 Timothy 2:14 put alongside
1 Corinthians 14:34-34 is in answer to a question....Not a decree by Paul....He was answering a "Pastor" who said he does not allow women to preach because the LAW said women are to keep silent....Read the rest of the answer in 1 Cor. If God does not want women to be active in the churches; preaching, teaching, ministering, prophesying etc He would not have used women all through the bible as prophets, teachers, preachers etc....As I said above. God is so FOR women Jesus even has a prostitute as an ancestor. Wake up to what the Word says and ignore your pastor if he teaches that women are to keep quiet.

This damnable doctrine is what you call; Doctrines of demons...Or if you want....doctrines taught by demons....Satan hates women beyond how he hates men...And this is one way he uses to keep women down.

People who don't like reading the contrary opinions of others shouldn't start threads on controversial topics.

Or people who don't like apostates and false teachers should not come to CC at all?

Or perhaps they should leave, lest they get infested too.

No, it was more in terms of Neanderthals not being around any more, as if from a survival of the fittest perspective, Homo Sapiens won out :)

It is one thing to lie to one's self. It is another to lie to one's self about the Bible.
But to lie to others about the Bible to gratify personal weaknesses and desires is filthy.
Anyone who is literate (and many who aren't) won't be your disciples.
It is pitiful, detestable, and very risky to fool with God and His people. You've been warned!

Gingers have no souls. bahahahaha
“…on the planet Argon redheads were considered evil…’Red hair is caused by sugar and lust… Highly evolved beings do not indulge in sugar and lust'”. (p. 55)

“His hair was red then, red being the colour of emergency and roses; red being the prelate’s top and the baboon’s bottom; red being the blood’s colour, jelly’s colour; red maddening the bull; red being the colour of valentines, of left-handedness, and of a small princess’s newfound guilty hobby. His hair was red, his cowboy boots muddy, his heart a hive of musical bees”. (p. 57)

“The hair of most so-called redheads is actually orange, but it was red, first colour in the spectrum and the last seen by the eyes of the dying, it was true-blue red that clanged like fire bells about the domes of Bernard Mickey Wrangle and Princess Leigh-Cheri”. (p. 99)

That's not a Leprechaun!

No red beard. No pipe. No rainbow. No little flute. No green suit with a green top hat.

What a farce!

LOL..it is an oriental leprechaun and there is nothing "wong" with that.

Pete Have you been smoking banana peels? Or what? Read the bible. Search all of what the Word says on any subject you are interested in then read/study them all before you come to your conclusions.

I was told to by a Jew I should convert today. They're funny. You confess to having just a bit of Jewish blood via momma, they'll douse you in chloroform and cart you off to the nearest synagogue.

Have you converted to Judaism yet?
