Actually I have a whole list of reasons why southwest Tennessee is the best place in the world to live.
*rummages around... where did I put that piece of paper...AH!*
We're too far north to get Florida summers.
We're too far south to get Wisconsin winters.
We're too far inland to get hurricanes.
We're too far from the east and west coast to get their smog.
We have never seen drought, though we have heard about it from less fortunate friends in other states.
People are downright neighborly here, something we hear is rare in those states north of us.
Aaaaaaaaand... we still have broadband internet almost everywhere.
Life is good here. If it gets above 100 degrees F or below 0 degrees F it's an event worthy of an article in the newspaper.
...Oh, and if we want to make a call direct to God, it's only 50 cents. From here it's a local call.
I hear some places, the long distance charge for such a call is more than a hundred bucks.
