Why not focus more on true doctrine and getting rid of false doctrine my friend?

Instead of attempting to hold on to heresy.

I posted about those breakin the rules on CC, posting hypergrace videos & quoting hypergrace writers.

Why do you want me to stop that?

Are you hypergrace too?

its strange that christians have to defend Jesus Own doctrine in a Biblical discussion forum lol i will never understand how or why people follow the dangling carrot of exalting Grace to what it is not. Noah was saved By Grace genesis 6:8, He was by grace warned of the coming flood, and instructed How to be saved through Building an ark. He was saved By Grace through Faith, God told Him what to do, and He did it. and thus was the Hier to the righteousness that is by Faith ( Hebrews 11: 7)

Grace does not mean that now if we sin its no big deal or doesnt affect salvation, paul warns of it again and again in His letters, but like Peter says, some things He wrote about in His letters concerning "Grace" are Hard to be understood." but paul warns over and over " what then shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? God forbid!" he says things Like " if you live after the flesh you will die, but if you put to death the misdeeds of your body you will live" every epistles He wrote guards against distortions all through the letters. he writes whole chapters about the consequences of sin, about exclusion from inheritance based solely on our deeds such as sexual immorality, lies, deceit, hate, unforgiveness greed.....Paul explains the judgement the same way Jesus does. nothing changed from Jesus foreward. the gog is a trap for sure

this is true, however many define "believe" much different than the biblical definition,
which means steadfast obedience from heart purity...
Where did you get this, this is not found in an english dictionary let alone in a greek lexicon,

thats a made up defenition.

Positional is based upon salvation and being born of the spirit....obviously the conditional aspect is based upon the power of God working through us as we yield as a living sacrifice, remaining in the light as he is in the light and remaining in fellowship by faithful service....

Amen, positional is "in Christ" and conditional is based on our moment by moment condition.

Funny how how only two people have tried to discuss this, the workers never seem to want to discuss these doctrinal truths.

Meggido was saying we still have choice. While that is true, would not the fact that when we first chose to believe and was sealed in spirit, that God is declaring His having made His choice of us?

Can our choices override Gods? I would think not. It's done.
God chose us before time began individually because he knew we would freely recieve him.

Thats security,

If no one says "What?..are you saying people can just go and sin all we want now because of grace?" ..if no one says that - then you are not preaching the gospel of the grace of Christ.

No one is saying to go out and sin all you want now because of grace but people should be accusing you of saying that if you are really preaching the same gospel that Paul preached.

He was continuously slandered with this same accusation. In 4x times alone in Romans Paul had to come against those that were accusing Paul of being antinomian.

The grace of God teaches us how to live godly in this present world as Titus 2:11-12.

Sin is stupid and against our new nature in Christ which is created in righteousness and holiness. Sin is deceitful and will destroy us on this earth as well as those we love and ruins our witness for the Lord.

But sin does not take away our eternal life in Christ. Our spirit is safe in Christ because we are in Him and it is His finished work that brings eternal salvation to us. Only the willful sinning of unbelief in receiving Christ's sacrifice for sins is what condemns people now. Heb 10:26

Make no mistake about it..the gospel of the grace of Christ is scandalous and it is offensive to us that are engaged in self-righteousness or works-based righteousness instead of "faith-righteousness" - which is only found in Christ's work of grace through faith in Him alone.

Hi EG...Thank you for explaining that, i understand now...I had a slight fear in my mind that has been there a while...I hate it when a thought gets stuck in the mind, we can read something our self and not see, only when someone else points it out in another way that it breaks the thought, hence the reasoning which was driving me mad.....xox...
satan does not want us to have security, he wants us to fear, for if we fear, we are worried, and unable to fully walk in the spirit,

as paul said, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a SOUND mind, he also said we were not given a spirit of bondage again to fear, but of adoption, whereby we can cry out abba father,

Feed yourself on the love and grace of our loving Father and Lord. It will give you the proper nutrients to grow up in Him.

As we have received Christ our Lord - so we walk in Him. Col. 2:6-8

It is all by His grace through faith when we hear of Christ Himself - that's the true Christian life. Totally dependent on what He has already done.

Remember, Jesus promises to cling and hold onto us, and never let us go,

to me abiding means allowing God to work through you, depending on age, and not depending on self, when we try to do it ourselves, we are not abiding.

IPAD fail again,

that should be depending on HIM, not depending on Age.. lol

Keep trusting in God's forgiveness and you have nothing to worry about.

You're the only one who knows if and when you are in danger of not believing anymore. But the point is, don't stop believing. That is how you stay secure in Christ's eternal life.

Some believers have a bigger struggle with continuing to believe than others. It's a personal struggle that has to be worked out between them and the Lord. Some of us haven't been to that place, so we need to be sensitive to those who are at that place, especially since some trial or tribulation in life may bring us to our own place of struggling with continuing to trust.

What I see too many people do is write off the possibility that they could ever stop believing simply because they've never been tested that way.
Hi Phart...Yes that is a scary thought...Like you said we need to keep believing, feed on the Word everyday...xox...

Hi EG...Yes i get that now, SOF pointed out also that it was me doing the work, doing the clinging, doing the holding on for dear life...Now as you said also, it is He who is holding me with His Righteous right hand :)...xox...

Amen, when you think of that, and how undeserving you are, well at least I Come to tears in appreciation for Gods love, who can understand it? It is not the worlds way,

my question is how have some of them managed to last so long?
Hi Grace...I am just going to make a nice cup of tea and settle in bed to watch this...I feel i fell last night, i had a stumble with alcohol:(...Although the Lord is working in me , last night i had four glasses of red wine and ended up pouring the left over down the toilet, that would not be something i would of done before so i know the work of the Lord is having a great effect...Ii woke this morning and felt like i had let Him down so badly, i felt really selfish, i did not even put Scripture to my temptation last night, i just went out and bought it...I have given thanks to our Almighty God for His Mercy, kindness and for holding me and not letting me fall into a pit, so this video you have posted i hope it will bring me some understanding about the effects of sinning...I did get some comfort from reading Paul about how we sin but do not want to, it is the sin but not him...Last night it was me, i have no excuse, now i have to get through this day and not listen to the evil one who condemns me...xox...
That verse has helped me a lot too. :)
To me, it says that if I agree with God about what is good, but I find myself doing the bad thing anyway that I do not want to do, then it is not me doing it but sin IN ME is doing it. I do not agree with it but instead agree with God. So I am doing it AGAINST what I want to do!

And He doesn't abandon us. He's still right there with you and His mercies begin anew each and every morning. And had you drank the whole bottle, He would STILL be there with you, never abandoning you. There is absolutely NOWHERE you can go that you will escape Him because He is IN YOU.

So when the accusations and recriminations try to taunt you, you just say: yes, I am bad, but He knows this and He died for me anyway. He loves me anyway. I am bad but He is good and He is IN ME and He WILL finish the good work He started in me because He promised. Walk in the joy and relief of that.

So I hear you asking, what does continued and growing trust have to do with being cut off or not being cut off?

So He said if anyone DOESN'T abide(continue and grow in trust), he is cut off.

So maybe I should define what "cut off" means to me. To me, it means to be severed from the one who gives me life and to wither up and be thrown in the fire.

So to me, the verse is saying anyone who does not continue to, remain in, and grow in trust of Me and My words, will produce no fruit and will wither up and die and will be cast into the fire.

And this is why He sees to my abiding, (why He grows my trust - and only He can cause the growth, even if someone else plants or waters).

So I find that the verse does not make me want to argue. It makes me want to run the race to trust Him more and more. It's all through trust, from beginning to end.

Ok, in this response, what does "thrown into the fire" mean to you? hell?

[h=1]2 Timothy 1King James Version (KJV)[/h]1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, according to the promise of life which is in Christ Jesus,
2 To Timothy, my dearly beloved son: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.
3 I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with pure conscience, that without ceasing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day;
4 Greatly desiring to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that I may be filled with joy;
5 When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also.
6 Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.
7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
8 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;
9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
11 Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.
12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
13 Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
14 That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.
15 This thou knowest, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me; of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes.
16 The Lord give mercy unto the house of Onesiphorus; for he oft refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain:
17 But, when he was in Rome, he sought me out very diligently, and found me.
18 The Lord grant unto him that he may find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou knowest very well.

Andrew Farley is a hypergrace preacher listed on both Paul Ellis' & Dr. Brown's site.

I've come to expect that, since that's all G777 shows.

BTW, it's against the rules to post hypergrace material.

Then again, breaking the rules in this thread has become a favorite pastime for some.
Hi Stephan...You see this is what confuses me...One post material, and you say it`s hypergrace. i still do not know what that means, but i will now look it up because i do not want to watch anything that is not from Gods true word...I am going to look up on this man myself and see what it says, i don`t want to judge someone because someone says he wrong, that for me is wrong in it`s self...xox...

Ok, in this response, what does "thrown into the fire" mean to you? hell?
Gill's Exposition of the Entire Bible
Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit,.... Every preacher and teacher that does not bring the Gospel of Christ with him, and plainly and faithfully preach it to the people, sooner or later,is hewn down: however he may have appeared as a tall lofty cedar, and have carried it with a high hand against Christ and his Gospel, spoke "great swelling words of vanity", and behaved with much "loftiness" and "haughtiness"; yet the time comes on, when all this is bowed and made low, "and the Lord alone is exalted": such preachers are either cut off from the churches of Christ, or hewn down by death, and cast into the fire; into the fire of hell; into the lake of fire and brimstone, "where the beast and false prophet shall be".

Meyer's NT Commentary
Matthew 7:19. Simply a thought introduced by the way (not as being necessary for the logical connection of Matthew 7:16-20), and pointing to the condemnation to Gehenna which awaits the false prophets. Comp. with Matthew 3:10.

Pulpit Commentary
Verse 19. - Matthew only (cf. Matthew 3:10, vide infra). Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. A parenthesis expressing the terrible fate of those the general product (ver. 16, note) of whose life is not good. Christ will warn his followers plainly against listening to them. Observe that the form of the sentence (πᾶν δένδρον μὴ ποιοῦν καρπόν, κ.τ.λ.) implies that all trees will be cut down unless there is a reason for the contrary; that the normal event is that men are condemned and perish. In Matthew 3:10 this general statement is applied (οϋν) to a definite time of impending judgment.
