I don't know. Are we going from the perspective of "I am hurting and God asks me what would make it feel better" or am I looking at "This is a good life but it would be better if..." God did something for me to make it better?

I don't really have a lot of problems, and I'm fairly happy with my life right now, so I can't really think of an answer to that question. But then I'm hard to buy for at Christmas too, because I never can think of anything I want.

If I were hurting and the question were posed, I guess it would depend on the type and cause of pain.

I think I would tell Him thank you, I am quite content with my life. You know what I need, Lord, and you know what is best for me. Let Your will be done in my life. Yes. I would love to share this good life You have given me with a special someone, and yes, you know I am longing for my son to find his way back home. And if you would heal me, it would be to your glory. But otherwise, I am good. And it is all because of you, God. Thank you!

God knows the desires of my heart. A closerwalk with Him and a certain door to open to be with my other half.

I would ask him to heal my back and neck so they never bother me again. That way I can easily go on with daily life with out excruciating pain. I do ask him to heal my back and neck. I would also ask him to bring my grandma back to me I miss her :(

I do however believe God has already worked tons of miracles in my life so I thank him for that.

If I could have just one day with him, to spend personal quality time with him and to get to know him personally and intimately face to face.

A friend. If He could lead me to someone or lead someone to me, I think that would be great. I've never had a really close friend so having one would probably make me happy. And I'd tell Him it doesn't have to be right now. It could be sometime in the future when I'm more mature or whatever.

You have friends here and don’t forget the friend who sticks closer than a brother..Jesus Christ.
If anyone understands how you feel, it’s going to be Jesus.
Also, when I felt lonely, I read Psalms 134.
David felt lonely and told God about it.

Well, I ALWAYS tell him now to heal me from my panic attacks and depression.. the panic attacks are the worst! I've also been in pain lately so I ask for him to heal my body too! I know a lot of people who have been freed of their panic attacks and depression and I really hope he'll let me be freed too. IJN

I've suffered from bad panic attacks myself. I've had a lot of them in my life. If bad and persistent enough, they can prevent you from enjoying everyday things in life. Panic attacks can definitely cripple you in a way.
