Smart. That's a tricky one. I'd like a woman to be on, roughly, the same level of intelligence as I am. Anyone noticeably lower would bore me, and anyone noticeably higher would make me feel stupid.
I don't see myself as all that smart, yet women who I see as intellectual peers I see as smart. So this is probably the most difficult answer for me.
Serious. I want a woman that is only as serious as she needs to be. I don't find an overall serious person to be more spiritual, as suggested by another user. If that person can be serious when it matters, then that's all that's required.
I kid around a lot. Someone serious would make me unhappy.
Silly. Definitely high up there. When she isn't handling serious things I want her to be silly. I want to be able to joke around together. Laugh together. Have fun together. I would say it's a requirement.
Sexy. This is a pretty subjective concept. And as a man so much will be read into an answer that puts more than minimum value in it, it's basically an answer a man has to lie about.
But I wouldn't be me if I did so. I want a woman i find sexy. Now hold up ladies. I did not say i require a model or celebrity. I said "sexy". And what that means to me does not automatically fall into what you expect. I feel no need to explain further, what I find qualifies.
But I find the quality important nonetheless. I know that's not the proper spiritual response, but I Do still live on this planet and in this body. And I want someone that is attractive to me in Every way, not just under the correct religious parameters.

Well said! For some reason, Christian men are judged as lustful if they appreciate a woman's outer appearance. Christian women struggle differently, but they aren't automatically judged as being greedy just for wanting a husband who can provide well, or lustful for wanting an Adonis, or idolatrous because they like men with influential power.
As individuals, we do well to take our "desires" to the Lord and discuss them with Him. I asked the Lord recently why a certain physical characteristic usually catches my eye. His answer surprised me, but made perfect sense. It wasn't a right-or-wrong issue, but understanding it gave me greater insight into my preferences.

I've tended to prefer women who were serious and smart. My elevator goes up quite a ways, and I prefer to be around women I can have a conversation with where I don't feel as though I have to talk below my level to get them to understand what I'm saying.
Silly? I think there is a time and place for it, but it's not an aspect of personality I want to see all the time. I can make a joke when I want, but I can't and won't do it all the time.
Sexy? Not important. I appreciate aesthetic beauty and the curves of a woman's body, but I'm not obsessed with that junk. The way to my heart is through my mind (and my stomach), and if a woman can seduce my mind, I'll hand over my body willingly. Most of the time though, a woman's attempts to be "sexy" end up just embarrassing her and causing her to cry as she tries to figure out why I don't want her.

So, Id say a partner who can tell what circumstances should be taken seriously, and what circumstances can be taken lightly, would be an important quality to me.

But I love people who can talk on a deeper level on important issues, and like have a rational conversation about something without becoming emotional, and like have an exchange of opinions without feeling threatened or anything like that.
Sexy, dont care about that at all. Ive said several times before on this forum that I dont share the feelings of most people of my biological gender when it comes to that issue. With that, I would also feel comfortable with someone who relates to those feelings, and understands the issue, over someone who thinks thats like.... rude or something : p
Looks are important, in the way of like taking care of yourself, being well groomed and all that. And I do appreciate attractiveness in people, like I can totally say "wow that person looks nice", so a good look is always nice. But with like.., sexual appeal, Im not looking for that.

I dont consider myself an expert in anything, and Im always willing to learn from people wiser than me. So being equal on that level is always good.

As much as I have seen no brainer quote "hot" looking females,this though my hormones say go get whatever female,I actually define sexy differently in females instead of stating a sexy percentage I prefer these percentages that add things up to what is sexy to me...

100% is not focused primarily on an explicit relationship right from the get go and prefers a simple steady relationship of mainly talking and friend type stuff(isn't focused on anything life altering before we get to know each other in a friendly way for some years, without all the overrated sex stuff that ruins everything in a relationship fast in my opinion,just kind of hanging out perhaps talking about goals our favorite shows and so on)

Expectations on fleek you are smart to be focused mainly on the virtue rather then the looks you are better then me and i can agree with most of what you said i think adorable girls are the best and the cold stares thing kinda too idk why maybe something we got from anime xD
Frankly none of the four S factors would matter to me.
Does she have to be silly for me to marry her? No, not really.
Does she have to be serious for me to marry her? Well a little bit - she'd better be serious when she says "I do." But it's not a critical factor.
Does she have to be smart for me to marry her? No, not really.
Does she have to be sexy for me to marry her? No, not really.
Does she have to be witty for me to marry her? No, not really.
Does she have to be clever for me to marry her? No, not really.
