Hopefully not from you? :D ;) :p
Are you claiming that we are not under the Mosaic Law?? If so you are ignoring what Jesus said about the law. Since that is what I was commenting on please explain how I am misunderstanding the words of Jesus I quoted

Romans 6:14, 15:
“Sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.”

Romans 3:19:
“Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.”

LOL. How can we have repented of our sin if we did not know what it is???
I go by what Jesus said about the law!!! Also sin is transgression of the law. If the law is abolished for some or all there is no sin for those who are not under it!!! Therefore those not under the Mosaic Law are sinless. Is that what you are saying?

Mathew 5:17 to 20 NIV

The Fulfillment of the Law
17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19 Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

We are all sinners since we all transgress the law!!! Grace through the sacrifice of Jesus removes the penalty of transgressing the law. So quit trying to do away with the law. If that is true we don't need the sacrifice of Jesus.

Are you blind to the fact that Jesus said the law is here and he came to fulfill the law and the prophets!!!

Are you calling Jesus a liar!!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!

You show such profound misunderstanding in the above that it is beyond remarkable. The irony is unreal.
It is you who ignore what Jesus said. Here is what he said. He comes to fulfill the law and the prophets and nothing will be removed from the law!!! Are you setting aside any part or all of the law. Is so you are to be one of the least in the kingdom of God!!!

Explain how you come to your conclusions with the following quote of Jesus!!!

What has been removed is the penalty for sin. Sin is transgression of the law. Without the law there is no sin.

You claiming the law is done away means there is no sin. Therefore the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross is meaningless. That is the result of your claim about the law being gone.

preacher4truth never said the Law was done away with. He said the Christ fulfilled it. Since He fulfilled it, and now being in Him, we are no longer under the Law, but grace.

When were Gentiles placed under the Law?

You don't know what you're talking about and just come up with absurdities and false conclusions.

Perhaps you need a spiritual endoscopy?
Instead of fallacious ad hominem attacks you need to explain where I am in error. That is the Alinsky method of rhetoric.
1. Demonize the opposition.
2. Never discuss the issues because it humanizes them.

With fallacious ad hominem attacks that is the path you are starting to go down.
FYI ad hominem attack is attacking the person instead of the issue.
I am on a political board and that is very common there. A Christian board means people are supposed to be above using that tactic and just discuss the issue in light of the scriptures.

You're describing yourself, this is exactly what you do to others, and have done to me in this thread. Couple that with your false assumptions and it is a masterpiece self-portrait. :D

I have shown you scriptures that show you clearly you as a gentile where never under the Mosaic law.

Romans 2:12-15 now look it up and tell us what it means.

With that comment I will now ignore everything you post. You attack without giving the scripture to explain your position. I either give scripture or paraphrase scripture. This post does nothing but demonize me. So keep on being an Alinsky disciple in your methodology. Goodbye!!!
