He basically said all Christians should vote for Donald Trump.
I'll get right on that... as soon as he runs for office in any jurisdiction in which I can vote....

Thank you for explaining why the president can
not do all the things he said he was going to do.
Exactly, the US government has three branches, the Executive (President), the Legislative (Congress), and Judicial (courts). The president cannot sign a bill until both the Senate and House of Representatives passes it. The US Supreme court can vacate the law if it is found to be, in their opinion, unconstitutional. The system is based on checks and balances with no one branch having all of the power. Instead of promising to do something during a campaign it may be better just to say what you intend to pursue to the best of your ability. As far a promises are concerned, it seems to me that President Trump is remaining true to his word.

In all honesty, he never truly had it. I was against his candidacy from the start and at the time of this posting, was parroting what the ministry near me at the time was passionately espousing. I'll learn to go with my heart and gut because it was right all along. I am troubled by this administration, to be blunt.
I would be more troubled with your church which seems to have the ability to control what you think and say. I find that troubling.

and would like to delete them and the account. Does anyone know how to go about this?
Because it was over a year ago and my opinion has changed

If you want your account deleted, I will take care of it.

We do not delete posts just because someone changed their opinion. If you are so concerned about it feel free to post a retraction but in reality, the posts you are concerned about are over a year old (and over 100 pages of threads).

And just think, our previous administration had the USSC shove same-sex marriage down our throats. None of this going through the house, then the senate, then the president's desk. They, our Supreme(pfffft!!) Court violated our constitution, and made same-sex marriage legal in all 50 states. The reason why its an unconstitutional law is the court system can NOT make laws. They can only interpret them. The constitutional way of making laws is through the house and the senate. But Obama's administration was never about following the constitution.

Nope, he proposed change, and it came, only to deficate all over the constitution and the American ways, and to shove their agenda down our throats

You know, starting this thread created about 1,000X more interest in what you'd posted than if you'd just let it go and slip quietly into obscurity. Oh, the irony! lol :)
