Being whole to me is having the Lord. When you're lost you're always looking for something to fill the void in your life... it's a void only God can fill. Giving your heart to him is how I consider a person being made whole.
To me it means to be complete and content in God, and not to be looking for anything outside of what i already have to be completed, Renewing mind and being alive to this in constant gratitude makes it easier to have things added onto a person.
I believe being whole is being at total peace. The kind of peace you get from complete faith and total trust in the Lord and His will in your life. I personally don't believe in feeling completely whole until being glorified in a flesh-less body and no longer human.

A person can only be whole in Christ if they are led of the Spirit,and behold the kingdom of God is within you.
A Spirit led life will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh,for they have crucified the affections and lusts,and show the ways of the Spirit and not the flesh,so they are not under the law,which means the law cannot touch them for prosecution.
Every time we sin we break that wholeness until we get rid of that sin and not want it,for the Spirit will only lead people that hate sin,and do not want to sin,for if they hold unto sin then they are being led of the flesh,and they cannot be led of the Spirit for a Spirit led life will abstain from sin.
But there is no sinless perfection while we are in the flesh for we still have the capability to sin if we desire to sin,and in the flesh dwells no good thing,but when we have a glorified body it cannot be tempted to sin,and in the New Jerusalem,the new heaven,and earth,wherein dwells righteousness,we will not know about sin and rebellion for the former earth and heaven shall not be remembered,nor come to mind.
