Does anyone here know much about Low Testosterone? Or know others who suffer with it?
I am one of those guys that for many years now I have been battling with Fibromyalgia, Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (both discs have been displaced) as these are conditions I have been diagnosed as having. There are days it does impact me, especially the facial pain and the fatigue if I over exert myself. I have my fair share of depression as well.
What is interesting is that I have found out through research a lot of men who have been diagnosed as having Fibromyalgia apparently have Low Testesterone.
I have once again been looking at my past blood tests history and I notice that in one year my Testesterone was below the minimum level but when the test was done a 2nd time (2nd time in the morning), the result a little bit higher, but because it was in the range just above the bare minimum it wasn't looked at any further. My last blood test as far as Testosterone is concerned is just too close to the bare minimum. That just does not sound right with me. Think I should get another test done, but in the afternoon, it may prove to be interesting.
With my jaw problem, i never knew how I got it, it has always remained a mystery, and my levels of fatigue have always been a mystery to me as well. I actually wonder if my body literally is unable to produce enough testosterone. I never was able to find out why I got these health conditions.
After a check up about ten years ago, the doctor told me that my T was low also. He told me its not a big deal and there are supplements available. When I asked him about the side effects he admitted it will lessen natural T release/production in the body. I found a better way. Instead of telling you right away a system to increase it, I want to tell you what the Spirit explained to me.
The body is a machine that doesn't only adapt to your internal environment. It also is effected by the external environment. Let me explain. Your body has a biological clock that is programmed to release large amounts of testosterone in the womb, creating your male features and organs. Most people don't know that hermaphrodites, are males with testicular injury, prior to the fetal stage of sex organ production. The default gender is female. The testosterone initiates the changes. In adolescence it is released to enhance male features, make you hate your parents so you move out on your own, and increase the sex drive creating a natural desire to increase population. Biologically it makes you do stupid things in attempt to attract females and scare other males, completing Alpha male protocol, strengthening genetic stock in our species.
After you have had children, and find a mate, testosterone naturally falls by design so you don't perpetually look for other mates, or kill your offspring, in a hormonal rage because they won't submit to your authority and clean their room. It is society that tells you your T is low. Increasing T makes people want to stay in the "game". This involves spending money on fitness memberships, sexy cars, expensive clothes and beauty products. Women who just want attention have to stay in the game to compete for their mates attention, often attracting other middle aged adolescents hopped up on cialis in an effort to prove their manhood. Basically higher T in men who have higher income equals profits for anyone selling everything, especially big Pharma.
God's population control. This is the other aspect. Areas with high populations naturally produce more stress. Food sources would be limited (poor nutrition) and sleep would be affected.
These are the two greatest combatants to testosterone production and release. Other things cause a greater production and release, like physically fighting, and a lack of stress in women. Women for the most part, feel the desire to procreate. Stress, interferes with this. During empty nest, usually after a career is established, the will regain their appetite. Enter "cougar" stage. Since the males their age are low T effected, some turn to younger, virile, specimens to scratch their itch. This is also the result of social programming. In a marriage, if their partner lacks interest, or ability, they ween their urges and just scrapbook, focus on the grandkids and/or read Fifty Shades of Grey...again. Basically, a woman's touch (including the pheromones, present in vaginal secretion) naturally raise T.
Lifting heavy weights, simulates being in a struggle for life. It calls on the T for its aggression related properties. They found even competing at chess can raise levels. This is how it is tapped in a gym, pushing yourself beyond a comfortable level quickly. Walking and marathon (biking) sports decrease it because your body releases estrogen in an effort eliminate unneeded bulky muscle, to avoid the expenditure of calories. Being overweight increases estrogen. Unhealthy people are genetically not "Alpha" quality and this causes less reproduction of "sick" individuals.
When you look at our biology from an engineering perspective, you quickly see how our hormones are designed to adapt us and our environment. When you look at society and its capitalistic motives, it is easy to spot how it uses media to brainwash and manipulate consumers.
