we covered this waaaay back before you graced us with your (cough cough) 'prophetic' presence
it has nothing to do with tithing
Peter told Ananias he could have kept all the money or just given what he wanted to give. while I was brought up on the KJV. let's put this in an easier to understand version:
3 Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land? 4 Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God
that is what normal understanding provides
we are free to give as much or as little as we want. we are supposed to be stewards of the money in our control.
however, it seems that some understand the opposite and believe and wish to condemn others with the same belief, that God expects us to give everything we have
how disappointing
what God wants us to give is actually everything. but He looks on the heart and not the wallet. the heart that follows God will be blessed in what they give (as I can attest to and I am well sure many in this forum and throughout the world also) and those who are free in Christ, and not bound by false prophets who want to give people a shakedown and sound more like a donkey that does not have the gift of speech, are cheerful in their giving and bless God as He has blessed them
can you not read? is your understanding so darkened that you provide name calling and threats and big puffed up posturing that is just a projection of your own self importance and call it 'thus saith the Lord'?
Now the words and testimony, and not our own words as you show you love so much.
The multitude were of one way, one heart one mind, not their own individuality, that is the fact. All common, all sharinbg, all giving all away.

Acts 4:32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
36 And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,
37 Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
Not of the same mind and heart and in common as everyone else, greedy selfish, robbing GOd bvy lying to the Holy Ghost and dropepd dead for it
Acts 5:5 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,
2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
