Not keto. I just stay away from white flour, sugar etc :) I make a yummy pizza crust called 'Fat head', but sometimes I can't be bothered. Especially if its take out.
I heard cauliflower crust is like the real dough...havent tried it though..

I haven't either. I've had friends say it was soggy. Although the pictures they post with the recipes always look scrumptious! :)

You can also use it to make weenies in blankets, Stromboli, bagels, even crackers! Its versatile. :)
Boy..i havent had pigs in a blanket in a LONG time..or dogs in a sweater..whichever you wanna call it..lol

My wife and I are hooked on Papa Murphy's HERB CHICKEN MEDITERRANEAN DELITE PIZZA. (y) It tastes healthy for pizza. :)
The last thing I knew, pizza wasn't intended to be healthy. Personally I despise the ultra thin crust pizzas, it's more like pizza stuff on a cracker.

If you're doin' Papa Murphy's you gotta go all the way with the Chicago Style Stuffed.

You can also make a crust with one egg, 2 cups shredded mozzarella and 1 cup shredded cheddar. It's similar to an omelette imo (but firmer) , it tastes great with chicken, mushrooms, peppers, caramelize onions, Alfredo sauce, and of course... More cheese! :)
