My only "problem" is that I know the truth about election, unlike yourself.
Did you even read the verses?
And, do you have any verses that link election to salvation?
Is this your defense for your views? I don't hate calvinism. I simply have proved that election is to service, not salvation. But it seems you didn't bother reading any of the verses that prove that. Well, that's your loss.
Are you insinuating that I am spiritually dead? You'd better not.
I absolutely agree that God is sovereign. And you don't need to add "absolutely". No one is "partially" or "mostly" or sometimes" sovereign. It's an All or Nothing kind of thing.
Kinda like the words "sovereign grace". Of course God's grace is sovereign, like all other aspects of God's character. I guess calvinists like to add words.
By "discriminately" I hope you mean that God only saves those who believe. Because the idea from TULIP that God "elects for salvation unconditionally" is totally unbiblical. Does does NOT save anyone unconditionally.
But of course, you'd want proof of that, right? So, here it is for you.
1 Cor 1:21 - For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.
"God was please"..."to save those who believe". That's what calvinists seem to not know.
Salvation is based on faith in Christ. Not election.
So why do you continue to think so? You have provided zero support from Scripture for your (calvin's) views.
