4runner, you have a problem, you are afraid to sin and of sin. You think that if you sin that you have offended God and He won't accept you anymore and will be so displeased that He will reject you. Any believer that is afraid of sin has been snared by that fear and they have a superficial boldness about not being a sinner. This is what I think happens to some believers that are caught by this snare. God takes away the hedge of grace around that believer and watches them get troubled by sin in many areas of their life. God is not being a minister of sin by doing this, but He is showing these snared believers, that have a false burden about being perfect, that they can not make it without the grace of God for one minute.
I believe it is the deepest most heartfelt desire of all true believers to live sinless lives, to be pure, to walk worthy of the high calling of Christ. Furthermore I believe that it is Christ's desire for us. Jesus says, if His word remains in us and we remain in Him we can ask for anything we want and it will be given us. I say we ask for God to give us our deepest most heart felt desire, to walk worthy of Christ. Not out of fear or religious obligation, but out of love for our Bridegroom King
