Red here is the problem I have with where I am at the moment and aith all the "children of God". Man, it looks like God is not even here on this earth any-more. The whole world is just CRAZY! There is NO neighbourly love, and NO love to God! And the power of prayer, man it just does not exsist! There is NO "Yes" from God any more! Let me show you what i mean...
We have the fella Angus Buchan that started this "mighty men" conferances. This is not a bad guy and they even made a film about this man's testomony. Called Faith Like Potatoes.... Ok this guy attracts 250 000 men for a long weekend to his farm evefry year, and MANY men change their lives there. People gets healed and mighty men break down and cry and confess their sins there. This man prayed for a dead worker on his farm and she came alive. This man accidently set the neigbouring farm's tree on fire on a clear day, and he knew they would take his farm as pay back, becasue it is a paper indusry forest. so he prayed and clouds formed in a few moments and rain came and killed the fire. It is all in the movie.. faith like potatoes.
Ok so Angus is a mighty prayer man, and he preaches the same gospel as millions, correction ..billions out there. This if we sin we are still ok gospel... Same as I did before I read 1 John 3... And I also healed many people, led many sould to God etc. etc. Then I read Matthew 7:21 to 23, and also Mark 13 : 21 and 22... And then I thought ... where is Cobus in this picture? And I saw myself standing right in front of God and I said to God.... Lord, what about all the people I healed in the Name of Jesus Christ? What about all the people I led to Jesus, all the disciples I brought to your kingdom???? And I realised I AM THE GUY THAT IS GOING TO FIND OUT I DID MIRICLES IN HIS NAME BUT HE DOES NOT EVEN KNOW ME!!!!
And I asked..... WHAT NOW LORD!!! Thank God he answered.....:"GENESIS 1:1 READ!!!" And now i started reading the Bible with a BIG question... CAN I LIVE A SINLESS LIFE HERE ON EARTH??? And with that question on my heart I read the Bible from page 1 to Page last!!! Do you know what the answer is? It not only possible to live a life without sin, it is also a requirement to enter into God's Kingdom. And it has to be done HERE in this life!!! God does ALL His work on every child of His HERE ON EARTH! God completes His salvation here!!! God saves now not in afterlife! To think you can die in sin and in Christ is what Satan wants you to believe! We have to die for sin, and then we can die IN CHRIST!
Nobody that died in his sin, will inherit the kingdom of God.... The proof... Look at the power of his prayers! If he does not get a YES on EVERY PRAYER, be worried, be VERY worried!!! Jesus said..... And there is no maybe here... John 15:16... Whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in My Name, HE MAY GIVE IT YOU!... And the best explaination Jesus gives for unanswered prayers.... John 9:31... Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, AND DOETH HIS WILL, him he heareth.
Now what is the Father's will... The shortest sentance in the Bible I can express God's will.... BE PERFECT! Let me ask you this.. if you can just think that there is a perfect man here on earth becasue HE DOES GOD"S WILL, do you think God will say YES to all His prayers? I think if God does not, then Jesus is a lier! And we know Jesus is NOT A LIER!!! So yes there are people that gets a YES to ALL their prayers!!! Because i know for a FACT there ARE PERFECT PEOPLE HERE ON EARTH!!! Do I know one, man I know a score of PERFECT PEOPLE! Are they here on earth? Oh yes! They are here on earth, and they are in the kingdom of God. You see not all people that roams here with us are "just human" or they are not "i am just a sinner" No! They are as holy as God, as perfect as Jesus, and they get a YES to ALL THEY ASK!!!
Now you would want me to SHOW you one? Well you already know at least one, but you might argue if I name them, so I will do the same Jesus did! RED and all..... If you had KNOWN Jesus, you would also RECOGNISE THE PERFECT PEOPLE! They are right here with us sinners!!! And there is even ONE ANGEL here... Right here on CC! Now you guys would think I am crazy, but please have eyes to see, and ears to hear... EVEN JESUS HIMSELF HAS LEFT YOU A MESSAGE.... And there is NOTHING more anybody can say.... Test your faith by the POWER of your PRAYER... Oh boy do i stand ashamed!!!! Please this is a pole in my eye, but RED remove the splinter so there is NO WOOD in your eye... God wants CLEAR EYES IN ALL OF US!!! MAy God save me!!!! Lord Jesus please forgive me, and Lord Jesus, PLEASE DO WITH ME AS YOOU WANT! AMEN!!!!

Me too Lad! I just ask this... Did i search Him with ALL I GOT... I guess not! I think there is a part of me that does not want to give up. One part that does not want to give up SEARCHING GOD, and one part that does not want to give up sinning!!! I think both you and I are in the same boat.. MAY GOD HELP US my friend
Lad you have the added advantage, you are young! And i want to break the curse you spoke on yourself, that "I will never be sinless!" May Jesus give you the fulfilling of the Spirit before me, may Jesus save you before me! I truly mean it, may Jesus fill you with His Spirit and Love before me! Amen!

Grace wont apply here. Just surrender to the Lord. He promised to sanctify, and
glorify you. Live by faith. Thats what is being offered. And by the way, you dont
understand the message in John about having your prayers answered at all.

Abiding is I have the Holy Spirit in me, does He not come with a gift? Did God not say... You will receive POWER when the Spirit comes over you, and that we should SERVE eachother with the gifts of the Spirit? The only place i read about the gifts of the spirit and they are clealy defined in in 1 Cor 12 Nine gifts, I do not lie... I do not know what gift I have. and if i have none of these gifts, WHY NOT? And this gift, how can i serve you with healing, if i CANNOT heal? How do I speak in tongues if I CANNOT speak in tongues? I do not lie to you and i do not BULLDUST my self.. I have no gift YET, And if I do, would you agree that I have the gift of Word of knowledge? Do you think I understand scripture better than ANY man you know. That I understand scripture as GOOD AS GOD understand HIS OWN SCRIPTURE? Well some people, about fifty of which some were priests and ministers said I recieved a wonderful gift... YOU UNDERSTAND SCRIPTURE... they say!!! What is your gift. one of the nine! And yours LAd what is yours? Read 1 Cor 12:1 to 31 and tell me please my friend...

i think sometimes jesus does not answer our prayers so that we develop trust.
if he answers all our prayers then it is just more power we want. jesus wants a personal intimacy with us, not a relationship of more power.
our prayers should move towards quiet devotions and adoration and spending quality time with him.
wanting all our prayers answered is a bit perfectionistic and insecure. like the israelites before the testing in the desert. God weened them off milk and gold and gave them manna and thirst so that they would trust his presence. they failed and demanded meat instead of manna and water at meribah.
knowing endless scripture and wanting all prayers answered is still not an intimate relationship. he might still say you are saying Lord Lord because of his power in your prayers. but what about Lord Lord when you are not asking him for anything except a little manna and plenty of his adoring presence?

Lad, remember Jesus said to believe, thats faith in action. You can read a million books but unless you believe and doubt not it's a mere act of pseudo humility. Scripture says if any man lack wisdom ask and don't doubt, double minded person is unstable in all his ways.

Hearer I did not say God will give us ALL our prayers, Jesus said it becasue of the ONE-NESS with Him. God CANNOT say no to Jesus. We all talk about the life BEFORE THE CROSS!!! Jesus talks about a SPIRIT Filled Life AFTER The cross. Look at it this way... I am man! Born and bread from two heathen parents... Is my destiny hell! For sure it is hell. Except if God intervenes it is hell for sure!!! But now God does intervene, and He CALLS me... We all know our salvation starts when the Father CALLS ME!!! Am i saved now and my place is booked in heaven? NO!!! God says many are called few are chosen!! First of all, where does God call us too? Well Romans 1 says CALLED TO BE SAINTS!!! You see here already MANY fail. How? Read the parable of tehseed on the road, the seed on the rocks and shallow ground, the seed between the thorns and the seed on the good ground! Only one type of seed will produce God's fruit! Only ONE!! The seed on the clean GOOD SOIL!!! Now, becasue God intervened i have a CHANCE to make it, it depends what I do with His WORD!!! The Seed is the WORD of GOD!!
If I do not receive the Word, then I am a road!.. The birds come and take the Word away!!!
If i recieve the Word but do not allow God to MAKE ME ONE WITH THE WORD... then i am Shallow Ground and the Word does not GO DEEP ENOUGH INTO ME... And the tests come and it destroys the little Word i did recieve!!!
If i recieve the whole Word and then start recieving what is NOT IN THE Word... Like God looks at me through the bolld of Jesus, and I gave my heart to Jesus... Nobody can give a heart to Jesus! NOBODY... Show me SCRIPTURE!!! If i except scripture and false teachings then i am good ground with Truth and lies... God's teachings and false teachings. Then I am the seed that has thorns all around me and the thorns KILLS GOD'S Truth in me and I come to nothing AGAIN!!! But !!! If the seed falls on GOOD soil, where ALL the bad plants were removed and the seed grows AS GOD DETERMINES, then that grows to healthy plants and they produse fruit.. 30 60 and 100 fold... Those fruit ARE ALL GOOD!!!! What a beutiful harvest God will have!! You see, that is God's will. He sows ALL HIS SEED, what soil are we? Lad! My buddy, Let us encourage eachother to love one-another as much as we can, and let us encourage eachother NOT TO SIN, but if we do LET US GO TO JESUS for SALVATION!!! He will forgive and if we are TRUE searchers we will find grace, glory and everlasting Life in HIM. Let us try our best and leave Him the rest! He will have His will done in us, It is HIS JOB, let us give over to Him! Lord, LET THOU WILL BE DONE IN US AMEN!
