KJV has this:
- individually
- each, every, any, all, the whole, everyone, all things, everything
- collectively
- some of all types
If Christ as you say died for this world, then how do you explain these verses? Sounds to me like God plans to destroy it not save it.
[2Pe 3:10, 12 KJV]
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night;
in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. ...
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God,
wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Those who believe, do so because they have been given true faith by God as a fruit of the Spirit upon becoming
born again. True faith is only of God's work, it is not of men - only those to whom it has been given can truly believe.
A faith manufactured by a man is his work, not God's work and no one can be saved by their works.
