It wasn't changed. It was ended. A new covenant was given.
That’s what void means had you quoted all of what I posted. Changed in the context to it not being the same agreement and the Scriptures explains what that change was if we allow the Bible to interpret Itself.

Again...it was not changed or altered. It is altogether new.

Some have made the same claim concerning you. Who spoke with authority? But making such claims was not my point. You hypocrisy was. You claim someone to be pharisaical while acting pharisaically.
how so, prove it

Jesus judges us regarding the light we have. We are blessed with Bibles and His word is to be the light to our path Psa 110:105. The 4th commandment is not plucked out from under God's mercy seat, God wrote Ten Commandments Deut4:13 Exo34:28 not nine, not one, breaking one we break them all James2:10-12, they are all interconnected and I can show from God's own words how God relates breaking the Sabbath to idol worship. Breaking any law we automatically break the 1st commandment. We will all be judged by the laws under His mercy seat,
If not keeping Shabbat is equivalent to "idolatry" then Shabbat breaking is (what some Churches call) a "mortal sin" which is defined as a gravely sinful act which can lead to damnation if a person does not repent of the sin before death. However, when I read Jesus' description of what a person will be called into account for in the Last Judgment I read nothing whatsoever about keeping Shabbat.
His blood covers our sins from this law- why He said not to remove a jot or tittle of the law because it doesn't remove the law, it removes the mercy on what He covers Pro28:13 Exo20:6.
So you believe a person who does not following "every jot and tittle" of the Law will obtain no mercy from God when they appear before Him in the final judgment. However, if they simply refrain from work on Shabbat they WILL be able to enter into eternal life.
From what Jesus taught, I have always assumed that salvation was conditioned upon REPENTANCE and (personal) FAITH in Jesus. Was this not the Good News referred to in prophecy? This was the salvation Jesus and his disciples proclaimed to the world?
12 Salvation exists in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.
(Acts 4:12)

Philippians 2:9-11
Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name above all names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

1 Timothy 2:5
For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,

John 3:16-18
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.

Why would we want to serve someone else Isa 56:6 if we love Jesus. He invites everyone, but sadly many just do not like His condition John3:19-21.
You, apparently, are among those who do not like it that the CONDITIONS of SALVATION are not "keeping Shabbat" (along with every other jot and tittle of the Mosaic Law) rather than following the simple call to REPENTANCE and FAITH.

Didn't you call someone a jerk quite recently (and without warrant)? You should deal with your own rudeness before criticizing that of others.

You stated that the word of God was given for us to change our hearts. This is the position of the Pharisee. That is, one's actions result in internal and spiritual change. This of course is untrue. While we are to cooperate with what God is doing in us, He alone is producing the changes in our hearts. He alone is making us into the image of Christ. We don't possess such abilities. While He employs the word of God to that end, we don't. Those who confer with the word of God may outwardly discipline their words and actions, but they do not change their hearts.

You are trying to remove the 4th commandment, from the other 9 commandments when God didn't. Deut4:13, basically trying to correct God. God even if Remember on the one comamndment He knew everyone would forget. The wages of sin is death Rom6:23 Sin is breaking the law of God 1John3:4 Breaking one, we break them all James 2:10-12 sin is not the way to reconciliation Heb10:26-30, so we can't remove the commandments we feel is not important. That's making ourselves our own god instead of allowing our Creator to be Exo20:11 Rev14:7. Whoever we obey is who we serve Rom6:16 Christ invites everyone to join themselves to Him and serve Him Isa56:6. The question is, will we accept His invitation or harden our hearts like those who came before us. Heb3:7-19

You are a modern pharisee. SB is right, you just don't like what she says as it it makes you uncomfortable and means you would have to change. The whole purpose of the law is for us to change our hearts.
Seems like you did say what I claimed.

Telling people they are going to hell as Sabbath does, is the garbage I referred to.

Going to church on Sunday does not send people to hell, yet sabbath posts that garbage.

Calling people the names that you have and still do, is demonstrative of the hypocrisy you display in the post above. Teaching a false gospel as you do, saying the commandments are the covenant when that is anti-scriptural, is the problem. Reflect on your own heart. It seems to have missed the truth. You, are not the gate keeper.

Yes he did. He often calls names...pharisee and other names. He gets upset when people post scripture that plainly shows the error of the title of this op.

I was referring to sabbaths constant refrain of 'you are going to hell unless you observe the Sabbath' as garbage. It is garbage and we have some false teachers around here and she/he would be one of them

The purpose of the law was to define and expose sin. No one has a changed heart because of the law which was and is an instrument of death.

Accepting Jesus is what changes our hearts. God's salvation is available to all who believe Jesus' death on the cross was suffered for their sins. The law was fullfilled by Jesus. Neither you nor any other human dead or alive or still to be born can keep the law in the perfection God demands.

The word of God states that if you break even one part of it, you have broken all of it. I don't have to ask if you have ever done that. Just the way you call names illustrates that you have indeed broken all of the law.

Whoever keeps the whole law but stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it. James 2:10

i expected no less from you

He doesn't like to say so, but he's a calvinist at heart, meaning he blames God for everything bad that we do.

Person is not saved? That's God's fault. He didn't choose that person for salvation.

Person keeps sinning? That's God's fault too. That person can't hope to be obedient until God zaps him, if he was even chosen to be saved in the first place.....

On judgment day he's going to be in shock when he comes face to face with God and realize NO, NONE of it is God's fault.

I don't blame God for anything; not even your false assertions. Please repost any post that I claimed as much.

I don't have to do that.

All your posts through the years cumulatively show your calvinistic views, even though you don't call yourself calvinist. And calvinvism basically, wrongfully blames God for all the bad we do.
