Feds Storm LA Ballot Processing Center as California Voter Fraud Probes Explode
Federal prosecutors are finally cracking down on California's rigged election machine. An Assistant US Attorney was caught on video touring the massive Los Angeles ballot processing center Friday, just as First Assistant US Attorney Bill Essayli announced multiple active federal voter fraud investigations with the FBI.
Essayli slammed the state's reckless universal mail-in voting and no-ID rules, calling them "serious structural vulnerabilities" that let fraud slip through undetected and unpunished. His office is also pushing a full voter roll audit with Assistant AG Harmeet Dhillon to purge ineligible voters — something California Democrats have fought tooth and nail.

"Liberal poll workers deny a man a ballot for wearing a MAGA hat! Fun fact: YOU CAN WEAR ANYTHING YOU WANT, AND THEY CANNOT DENY YOU A BALLOT!!! It’s a violation of your civil and constitutional rights!"
MAGA is a campaign slogan, though; and I think most polling places have rules about campaigning nearby during an election- this is stuff maga's busted the biden campaign for doing.

Of course, it depends upon where you are getting your information -
I just haven't heard the libs cry about it in a long time. I guess they gave up trying to spread their grief.

I find the coincidental influx of fentanyl into the US, and the medical community's recent suggestion of this "medicinal use" of fentanyl to be mildly irritating.

It looks like feds did at least did some casual moseying through a ballot processing facility. If this is a "storm" it's like a gentle thunderstorm from a relaxation CD that Wal-mart used to sell for ten dollars.

That's a bit of a grey area stretch... The guy behind him in line was wearing a pro America shirt...
The lady was making a point - break out the Laws, Rules and Regulations.... citations
Her counter point is that he was not wearing the Name of a Candidate ....
The whole point of an election is to allow people from BOTH parties the opportunity to vote...
MAGA is more of a Party affiliation at this point vs THE CAMPAIGN SLOGAN for the specific CANDIDATES in whatever race this involved...

Sources of the Newark NJ Paid for RIOTS are Exposed!!!

Wit and Wisdow

A new Fox News report reveals that the groups organizing and funding the violent protests and riots at Delaney Hall ICE facility in Newark have close to $1 BILLION in annual revenue.
Many operate as tax-exempt nonprofits. The network includes up to 100 organizations, notably
Indivisible (funded by Chinese-linked billionaire Neville Singham), the ACLU, and other Marxist and pro-Palestine activist groups.
They coordinate publicly on social media while using private Signal groups for planning.
This isn't organic protest, it's a well-funded, professional operation designed to intimidate federal law enforcement and disrupt immigration entorcement.
Americans are right to be furious.
Taxpayer-subsidized nonprofits should not be bankrolling chaos and violence on our streets.

Time to investigate the funding flows and shut this grift down.

Unfortunately Trump is the one who set the expectation that problems with other countries be resolved without prolonged military conflict. He is the one that exposed the neocon blshtrs for what they are, and having absorbed so many of them into his administration, people don't trust him like they did before and they are actively pushing congress to claw back its war powers to ensure this conflict doesn't continue in perpetuity. As we've discussed before, nobody actually expects the conflict to be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first place; so the idea that congress somehow undermined his bargaining power will easily be dismissed.

Well, at least the HYPOCRISY is historically consistent and persistent... The GOOD NEWS is that GOD WINS and the LIGHT of TRUTH is SHINING for all to begin to SEE the BIGGER Picture and Greater TRUTH....

There are differences with a distinction...
- One this is the most EPIC BIBLICAL WAR against the DS Globalists in the current history of our World...
- Meaning that the Strategic Implications are for the Greater Good of Humanity against the EVIL Powers that REIN the rampant corruption in the US and around the World...
- Technically - this confrontation in Iran and the Straits is deemed a "Conflict" and was a 38 Day Military Operation ...
Operation Epic Fury (U.S. code name for joint U.S.-Israel military operations against Iran) began on February 28, 2026, and lasted approximately 38 days of major combat operations.
- All the military engagements since "Ceasefire" commenced have TECHNICALLY been deemed "SELF DEFENSE" Operations against the RADICAL TERRORIST IRGC REGIME...
- FOR ALL those who are Strategically NAIVE or have a BLIND SPOT for the clear and present and imminent THREAT that the Iranian Radical Regime has posed in THEIR ONGOING WAR with WESTERN CIVILIZATION over the past 47 years - it is because they have drank the DS FAKE NEWS NARRATIVE - because it is in the DS's best interests to get the NAIVE along with those complicit Operatives in these TREASONOUS obstacles that are being thrown into GEARS designed to finally DEFEAT The REIN of EVIL and Satan's Elite Globalist Cabal...

Key Timeline Details

  • Start: February 28, 2026 (U.S. Central Command forces commenced strikes at the direction of the President, with initial actions in the early morning hours).
  • Major combat phase: Roughly 38 days, during which U.S. and partner forces conducted extensive airstrikes, targeting Iranian missile/drone capabilities, navy, defense infrastructure, and related sites. This aligns with pre-operation statements expecting a 4-to-6-week campaign.
  • Conclusion/Ceasefire: Major operations effectively wound down by early April 2026, with a ceasefire taking hold around that time (some sources note activities concluding near May 5, 2026, possibly including residual or negotiated phases).
Official statements emphasized that core military objectives were achieved within the 38-day window of intensive operations.

This fits into broader discussions of War Powers Resolution compliance, as the administration filed notifications to Congress consistent with the WPR shortly after commencement. For the most precise ongoing details, refer to official CENTCOM or White House releases.

The War Powers Resolution (WPR) of 1973, passed over President Richard Nixon’s veto, requires presidents to consult Congress “in every possible instance” before introducing U.S. forces into hostilities or imminent hostilities, report to Congress within 48 hours of such commitments (without a prior declaration of war or statutory authorization), and generally limit engagements to 60 days (plus 30 for withdrawal) unless Congress authorizes continuation.

Every president since its enactment has submitted reports to Congress “consistent with” the WPR (over 100–168 total, depending on the source and timeframe), but compliance has been limited and contentious. Presidents across parties have typically:
  • Avoided citing the specific provision (Section 4(a)(1)) that triggers the 60-day clock.
  • Argued the WPR is unconstitutional (or at least that certain limits infringe on Article II commander-in-chief powers).
  • Interpreted “hostilities” narrowly (e.g., limited airstrikes or support roles may not count).
  • Relied on existing authorizations (like post-9/11 AUMFs), UN/NATO actions, or claimed inherent executive authority for defensive or short actions.

Key Precedents by Administration

Gerald Ford (1974–1977): Submitted the first reports, including the Mayaguez incident (1975), the only known report explicitly citing Section 4(a)(1). Quick action to rescue a seized ship; forces disengaged rapidly.

Jimmy Carter (1977–1981): Minimal use; one report on the failed Iran hostage rescue attempt (1980).

Ronald Reagan (1981–1989): Multiple actions with limited congressional buy-in. Examples include the 1983 invasion of Grenada (no prior authorization), deployments to Lebanon (peacekeeping that turned hostile; Congress later passed a resolution), and actions in the Persian Gulf and against Libya. Reports were filed, but “hostilities” definitions were contested.

George H.W. Bush (1989–1993): Invasion of Panama (1989) — reported after the fact; swift operation. For the 1990–1991 Gulf War buildup and Operation Desert Storm, he sought and obtained congressional authorization (though he argued it wasn’t strictly required) and reported deployments.

Bill Clinton (1993–2001): Frequent reports (highest volume in some terms). Actions in Haiti, Bosnia, Iraq (strikes), and especially Kosovo (1999 NATO bombing campaign, which exceeded 60 days). The administration claimed funding appropriations constituted implicit authorization; a lawsuit (Campbell v. Clinton) was dismissed as a political question.

George W. Bush (2001–2009): Post-9/11, obtained the 2001 AUMF (broad authority against those responsible for the attacks and associated forces) and 2002 Iraq AUMF. These have been cited by later administrations for ongoing operations. Major wars had congressional approval, but expansions relied on executive interpretations.

Barack Obama (2009–2017): Libya intervention (2011) — extensive airstrikes as part of NATO; argued they did not constitute “hostilities” under the WPR due to limited scope/duration (no ground troops). Congress rebuked this but took no binding action. Continued use of 2001/2002 AUMFs for counterterrorism; high report volume.

Donald Trump (2017–2021): Airstrikes in Syria, the 2020 Soleimani strike in Iraq (reported under WPR, citing AUMF and self-defense), and other counter-ISIS/Iran actions. Emphasized executive authority while filing required reports.

Joe Biden (2021–2025): Strikes against Iran-backed groups (e.g., in Iraq, Syria, Yemen) citing 2002 AUMF and Article II powers. Continued patterns of reporting without new broad authorizations.

Overall Patterns and Criticisms

  • Reports are routine, but substantive congressional checks (via the 60-day limit or forced votes) are rare and often ineffective. Congress has occasionally used expedited procedures or appropriations to influence (e.g., Lebanon 1983, Yemen debates), but courts treat many disputes as non-justiciable political questions.
  • Bipartisan precedent for executive flexibility: No administration has fully treated the WPR as binding in a way that halted major operations. Short, limited, or “defensive” actions are common workarounds.
  • Critics (from both sides, depending on the president) argue this erodes Congress’s constitutional war-declaring power. Supporters of strong executive authority cite the need for rapid response in modern threats.
  • Reforms have been proposed periodically (e.g., repealing or strengthening the WPR, sunsetting old AUMFs), but major changes have not stuck.
In practice, the WPR has prompted more transparency via reports but has not fundamentally curtailed presidential initiative in military engagements. Precedents show continuity across Democratic and Republican administrations, with disputes often resolved politically rather than through strict legal enforcement. For the most current or specific case details, congressional research service reports or official White House notifications provide primary sources.

Victor Davis Hanson is a Military Historian who understands Whole of Government Strategic Warfare as professor emeritus of classics and military history....
He puts it in terms that helps everyone to understand: "𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐌𝐏 𝐈𝐒𝐍’𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐘𝐌𝐏𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐒, 𝐇𝐄’𝐒 𝐆𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐅𝐓’𝐒 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑"

Asked to grade Trump’s second term, Victor Davis Hanson said it’s too early — then made the case that this presidency is attempting something no Republican has: attacking the 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 of the left’s institutional power (Victor Davis Hanson, Daily Signal).

He starts with the sheer improbability of the man: the first since Grover Cleveland to win 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬, impeached twice, his home raided, tried as a private citizen, convicted as a candidate, with states openly trying to strike him from the ballot. He outlasted all of it.
The difference this term, Hanson argues, is personnel. The first-term “𝘞𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴” — Mattis, Tillerson, McMaster, Barr — 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐦. The second-term team executes: effectively “𝘯𝘰 𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸”, millions deported or self-deported, US oil output at a record.
But the real thesis is the 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫-𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: rather than tinker at the edges, Trump goes after the institutions that manufacture the left’s power — the legacy media, USAID, the universities, NPR and PBS, the foundations, the boardrooms. “𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘋𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘥 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘱”, Hanson says — and notes his 40 percent approval sits where Obama (42) and Bush (38) once did.

The Federalist Papers

This political cartoon nails the absurdity of California’s extended ballot counting process.
Elections are supposed to produce confidence. California’s system too often produces confusion.

The joke works because it captures what millions of voters already think when they watch California results trickle out long after Election Day. At some point, the public stops seeing a careful process and starts seeing a political guessing game.
That is the problem.
California officials will tell you the long count is about processing mail ballots, verifying signatures, curing problems, auditing totals, and making sure every legal vote is counted.
Fine. Every legal vote should be counted.
But trust is not built by stretching results out for days and weeks while leads change, margins move, and voters are told to sit down, be quiet, and accept that this is normal.
Most Americans understand that close races take time. They understand that accuracy matters.
What they do not understand is why one of the biggest and richest states in the country so often looks like it is counting ballots with a calendar instead of a clock.
That is where the cartoon lands.
The image is not just about one politician. It is about a system that has made itself easy to mock.
When people are left watching new vote drops appear long after the polls close, the natural question is not partisan. It is basic common sense.
Why does this take so long?
Why does it always seem to move in one direction?
Why should voters trust a process that feels hidden from the people it is supposed to serve?
California’s leaders can complain about election skepticism all they want, but they should start by looking in the mirror.
A transparent, fast, understandable count builds confidence. A slow, confusing, extended count destroys it.
The bottom line is simple.

If a state wants voters to trust the results, it should not run elections in a way that makes distrust feel rational

For forty-seven years Iran has run one strategy against America: delay. Retired Navy SEAL commander MJ Sarraille says it is finally collapsing under its own weight. “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘰𝘧 𝘐𝘳𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘺, 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘺, 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘺. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺’𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘵”, he says, “𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭, 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦. 𝘛𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘶𝘯𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮”.
The numbers behind that are brutal. “𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲. 𝐖𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟎%. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥”. An economy already failing before this conflict is now in open collapse — even as Iran’s mining and harassment in the Strait of Hormuz keeps oil elevated near $93 a barrel.
Sarraille’s read is that the patient man in this standoff is the President. “𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐩. 𝐇𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭”. The restraint, he argues, is itself a form of pressure — on Tehran and on the feckless European and Asian allies who depend on that Gulf oil far more than energy-independent America does.
Which is why he had no patience for the symbolic Senate war-powers vote, where four Republicans broke ranks and joined Democrats. “𝘞𝘦 𝘨𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘢 𝘱𝘪𝘦𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢”, he says, “𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘬𝘦 𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘴” — a gesture that cannot bind the President and cannot be vetoed, yet hands Iran exactly the message that it can still wait Washington out.
He has fought these forces in person. “𝘐 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘐𝘳𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘯 2008 𝘪𝘯 𝘚𝘢𝘥𝘳 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘺. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺’𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘭. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘯𝘰 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘮𝘦. 𝘊𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘭”, Sarraille says — the voice of a man who knows exactly what a weakened Iran does with a second chance.
