Guys, I just thought about something. How about presentation? Maybe your appearance doesn't invite attraction?
I thought about my sister who is a financial advisor. When she started out, she had problems drawing clients to sign on with her and she thought it might be her presentation. So she went to a consultant to learn to present herself better in all the ways, how she dresses, carries herself and when presenting plans.
She followed the consultants guidance and she got better and got more clients!
So maybe it's also that. Think about how to improve your presentation: how you carry yourself, your attitude and appearance. Sometimes a different hairstyle can magically transform you and also clothes.
Joyce Dewitt from "Three's Company" comes to mind. Her original hairstyles were so dated, but when she got a new hairstyle, it was practically night day. She still carries that hairstyle and it never got stale looking on her. She sports the same hairstyle even now except she let it go all white - and she still looks strikingly lovely!

There's a fine line between "appearance shouldn't matter" -- and when it really does.
Your sister's situation was very much like one of my best friends -- she was an accountant at a prestigious firm that served businesses and wealthy clients.
We went shopping one day and went to the "business suit" section, telling me that her firm required employees to meet with an image consultant every 6 months, making sure everyone had an updated hairstyle, look (subtle but current makeup for women, etc.) and wardrobe.
The unfortunate truth is that people do indeed judge by appearance and a company wanting to sign a multi-million dollar account isn't going to do it with anyone who looks sloppy or outdated.
I'm sure dating is very much the same way. We know God looks at the heart, but we're still human, and we still get our first impressions by appearance.
One of the reasons I'm single is because I've fallen into a very "cozy and comfy" way of dressing due to a more relaxed work schedule (mainly joggers and t-shirts with my favorite animated characters,) so I can freely admit to being too lazy to attract someone.
Either that, or maybe I need to go to an anime convention to try to find a boyfriend...
But I wouldn't be cosplaying, so even then, I'd still be considered under-dressed.

Dress like going to church Sunday or Saturday will be good.

Thank you @Jackson129 for your short and to the point assessment of this situation. I think this ^ sums up the problem accurately, and even more as this thread carries on.
God is telling them about the consequences of their actions, it is a descriptive statement, a prediction.
OK, in response to something Churchgoer said, you stated that people should accept singleness as God's divine order. But now you're suggesting it's not a requirement?
Eve is cursed with childbirth and domestic conflict. A woman can avoid both by not marrying.
And man's curse was to work by the sweat of his brow. We can avoid that by laying around all day chugging two liters and playing video games.
Try it for a year and tell me how well that works out for you.
God cursed the serpent and the ground, so you would be incorrect.
Child birth is not a curse, it is the most beautiful moment a woman can experience, in spite of the pain, and what you are saying does not come from a good place.
