BECAUSEHEDIED
YOU SAID: First, I do not appreciate you calling me a liar. Second, you are taking two Scriptures and joining them together that are speaking about two different events.
Then explain the two different events.
You know these scriptures exist and what they refer to...that's why anyone with this knowledge and still denies their very clear meaning and says "nowhere in the Bible does it say that Jesus will not return to this earth" in my opinion is lying.
1Th 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.
1Th 4:15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
1Th 4:17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
1Th 4:18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.
meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
Amen! .....but the verse does not say "Will always be with the Lord in Heaven" We will always be with the Lord wherever the Lord happens to be. We will return with the Lord to this earth.
Zechariah 14:4
And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, His return to this earth....
Zechariah 14:5
and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee. Us returning with Him.
Unless you can prove otherwise, these are very direct scriptures that have not been fulfilled yet that clearly speaks of the Lords return to this earth. Your verses do not even insinuate that the Lord will never return to this earth. I know you got something better than that.
