Mediate believes in putting your neighbor first before God, as noted in several of his forum postings.
From what I have seen, mediate believes in exalting the Father above all
by putting neighbor before self.
Not neighbor before God.
Y'Shua certainly puts others before Himself.
We struggle with the incomprehensible concept of "trinity", yet regardless of the perception, the end result is that Y'Shua, thus YHWH, loves us more than Himself, and that the Set Apart Spirit is the love of others, more than self. All 3 share the same name: "Salvation" at cost of self.
YHWH doesn't want us to bow before Him because He's "the LORD".
Baal, "the lord" wants that. KJV mistranslations for the non-win.
YHWH wants us to bow before His manifestation of selflessness, by becoming the same.
Weighing others against YHWH is an equally unresolvable concept
because:
Loving others
is the measuring stick that YHWH uses to measure our love for Him.
The quoted Matthew sheep and goat parable goes on to say
"as ye have done it unto one of the least of
my brothers, ye have done it unto me"
Bind and loose on earth, bound and loosed in heaven.
Simultaneous, not cause and effect. In both concept and original grammar.
One and the same.
Semantics for the purpose of deeper thought.
Catholicism, protestantism, etc.?
There are only 2
real denominations: Self, and death to self.
Peace.
