I can honestly have a very short fuse. I've gotten better, but I can get kinda snappy really quick. Mainly my parents and sisters. (Yeah...I know...shame on me.) I rarely get snappy towards anyone else though. =\ I guess it's mainly when people point certain things out I think aren't true or I feel like I'm being accused of something...which I can feel like I have that happen to me alot (which it probably doesn't...reason why I say it FEELS like that.) Or when people ask me to do something I already know I need to do...that annoys me.

If anyone has advice on this lemme know.

Most of my anger did stem from whoever is over me at work. I have a pretty good boss right now, but I used to work for this guy who was extremely arrogant, and thought he knew better than everyone (including his boss who he also thought he wasn't subservient to), which was kind of funny since he was almost 40 and lived with his mom playing video games all day.

Anyway, I couldn't do an obvious snap on him like I really wanted to, but definitely wasn't not doing my job the way I should have, and not being respectful in anyway, I listened to a bible study on the radio about Peter and how he talked in his book about being respectful and honoring those over us, and the teacher went on to talk about how peter wrote these words while under Nero who was ultimately the one who had him killed for his faith.

That was pretty intense.

When you get older you'll learn two things, number 1, your parents are a heck of a lot smarter than you think they are now, but it's not easy to have the respect you should until you actually have kids

number 2, your sisters won't always be there, and you WILL eventually miss having them around.

I know as crazy as this may sound, I know that my parents do have my best interest in mind, have a lot more experience, and love me...and that the older generation DOES know the younger generation better than us teenagers think we do.

And yeah, my oldest sister (I'm the baby of my fam) is already off to college. I have missed her when she's at college (though because of my grandpa dying and Thanksgiving break I've had a whole week of spending time with her...and even though we have our little fights I love her too, along with my other older sister.)

It makes me really mad when.....Christians are unwilling to acknowledge the suffering of others because they might actually be compelled to show compassion or do something about it.

I think easier to snap at the people closest to us, because they readily forgive us, unconditionally. My sisters and I had world war three level fights as teens. we got a lot closer as adults as we all started moving out and going to college. Even now, on the phone, one or all of my sisters and I will go OFF about something we disagree with, and then we'll laugh hysterically about old memories in the same conversation. Even when you snap at your family, at this point, you'll all probably get over it, but its great that you're conscious of it.

I'm a really nice person until somebody takes my kindness as blindness.

Baby daddy.......father..............there is a huge difference

Absolutely!
And just so that everyone knows, this was just a comment that's part of an ongoing joke Anonymous04 and I have. lol
My daughter's dad really doesn't make me angry at all. My hope and faith completely rest on the Lord for that situation and He has provided other, amazing, Godly men in our lives to fill that gap for now. I find that praying for those who could very easily aggravate me, makes it so much easier to forgive and not hold on to the hurt or bitterness that would normally ensue. God is so good!

People that lie. Or if someone does something that bothers me and I nicely talk to them about it but they stilll continue to do it.

1. Someone tries to justify evils on a biblical basis.

2. Take credit for something someone else did.

3. Treat entertainment as though it were reality and reality as though it were entertainment.

4. Do a good deed expecting something beyond an orally proclaimed "thank you."

5. Teach their children hedonism as a chief value.

6. I really could go on. I guess I'm a young curmudgeon.

Bullying someone, I'm a bus driver and see this daily and I am quick to "correct" the problem.
