Judge not!
1Co 2:15 But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged by no one.
Today if you even attempt to call sinners out of sin, they will immediately accuse you of being judgmental, unmerciful, and prideful, especially when you give them truth, they have never heard, it’s like a defense mechanism that is built into every professing Christian, who will shut you down, when they are called to repent or perish!
2Co 10:6 and having readiness to avenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. The problem most have with these verses is first off, they never heard them, and second, they do not apply to the average Christian, because they were saved IN their sins, Jesus was their substitute, and they are just poor hopeless sinners saved by grace, so they think.
So when a real Christian(follower of Christ) comes along, they get suspicious of them, because they put them in the all-inclusive category, that all have sinned, all are born sinners, and that all sin is the same in Gods eyes, thus not being honest about what a real obedient faith is!
The doctrine according to godliness, has been lost, and is now replaced with a very liberal comfort gospel, that is getting people saved in their sins, then accepting the cloak that covers all their sins in Christ, who supposedly took their place, and now God sees Jesus, and not the wicked heart that is still alive and well.
They believe no one can be obedient, walk a blameless life, be perfect in purity of heart, walk worthy of their calling, remain undefiled from the world, sin no more, abstain from all appearances of evil, and put to death the old man in repentance! And those who claim they do, are called a hypocrite, liar, and walking around with a huge plank in their eye.
Why would these verses be there IF we could not attain them? Would God give us a task we could not complete? 1Co 10:13 No temptation has taken you but what is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but with the temptation also will make a way to escape, so that you may be able to bear it.
It’s simple to see, how far off the mark modern Christianity has fallen. and how blind those who can’t see are, as they scream "judge not" when you warn and rebuke their false ways, and sinful habits they refuse to give up. Along with all the reformed teachings that have made the true gospel void and impotent to set them free once and for all, from the bondage's of sin!
There is no urgency to keep the word pure, and even a lesser urgency for the professing Christian world to repent, and seek the mercy of God.2Co 7:10 For the grief according to God works repentance to salvation, not to be regretted, but the grief of the world works out death.
2Co 7:11 For behold this same thing (you being grieved according to God); how much it worked out earnestness in you; but also defense; but also indignation; but also fear; but also desire; but also zeal; but also vengeance! In everything you approved yourselves to be clear in the matter.
No one who is still in bondage to willful sin and who also loves the world more than God, . Jas 4:4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever desires to be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
has any business avenging the disobedient, or judging all things, he must first do his first works, Rev 2:5 Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent, and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and will remove your lamp stand out of its place unless you repent, then walk a life pleasing to God, not in perfection as many will accuse, but in humble obedience to the truth, walking in purity, sincerity, and love, forsaking the things of the world, to pursue righteousness, holiness, and heart purity, which includes contending earnestly for the faith! Jud 1:3 Having made all haste to write to you about the common salvation, beloved, I had need to write to you to exhort you to contend earnestly for the faith once delivered to the saints.
Being ready with all diligence, to judge righteously, fervently, and by the word of God, that is not to be taken lightly, as there are many souls at stake here!
2Ti 2:15 Study earnestly to present yourself approved to God, a workman that does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.
To judge righteously is a high calling of the saints, who have come out of the world, and the sin's that ensnared them, they stand aloof of the church system, guarding their hearts against the onslaught of lies, and temptations around every corner, they walk a life ministering to God, not to man, and keep themselves pure and unspotted from the world.
Yes, it’s a high calling, but a must to enter into the kingdom of God, it a race well worth running, because the prize at the end is well worth it, but we must be ready to avenge all disobedience, only if ours is fulfilled, not in perfection, but in a pure heart of love and devotion to our God, who boldly said:
1Jn 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments, and His commandments are not burdensome.
To love, follow and obey God is not burdensome; it’s a joy and privilege to those few who have actually repented, and crucified their flesh and its desires with Christ, once and for all!
Gal 5:24 But those belonging to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.
