abby I thgt of you today I know you don't work for a INternet service provider but I thgt since you work with computers you might find this funny I guess you can relate to the long hours - I rang up this ISP and like their so uncaring and unsympathetic seemed real bogged down and rushed off their feet
was basically like : I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE MY JOB WOW IM SO HAPPY YOURE HERE TALKING WITH ME DONT MIND MY RUDENESS IM THE ONE THATS SUPPOSE TO BE IMPATIENT NOT YOU YOULL JUST HAVE TO PUT UP WITH ME THANKYOU FOR CALLING
It was quiet funny looking back
was basically like : I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE MY JOB WOW IM SO HAPPY YOURE HERE TALKING WITH ME DONT MIND MY RUDENESS IM THE ONE THATS SUPPOSE TO BE IMPATIENT NOT YOU YOULL JUST HAVE TO PUT UP WITH ME THANKYOU FOR CALLING

LOL IT HAPPENS. I USED TO WORK IN TECH SUPPORT AND WE DO GET DAYS LIKE THAT. I ONCE HAD A 2 HOUR CALL TRYING TO HELP SOMEONE FORMAT HIS COMPUTER. I TOLD HIM TO BACK UP, AND MAYBE HE DIDN'T GET IT BUT HE JUST SAID OKAY. AND REFORMATTED HIS LAPTOP, THEN HE ASKED ME. SO WHERE ARE MY DOCUMENTS NOW?
AND I WAS LIKE... UH SIR, YOU DID HAVE THEM ON BACK UP RIGHT? AND NO HE DIDN'T. AND HE STARTED CRYING BECAUSE HIS FAMILY PICTURES WERE THERE AND IT WAS REALLY TERRIBLE. WE BOTH CRIED BUT HE WAS SO MAD AT ME.
