It's a far cry from "People spend way too much time on Pokemon" (Which is probably true for many) to "pokemons are demons that will possess video tapes" (Which sounds more like a well known horror movie)
The main contention of my thread is not that this garbage is used too little or too much. It's that with those who identify themselves as Christians shouldn't be wasting their time with it at all. When you're a christian you need to do a huge clean out of your lifestyle. Your music, games, places you go, movies and if it doesn't match scripture it holds no place in your Christian life. Go there if you want to inspire people to Christ, sure. Hand out bibles, hand out scriptures, tell people about Jesus, your testimony, inspire people to Christ bearing the fruits of the spirit - don't join in, don't subscribe - show them what we believe and how it's the one thing that truly works and gives joy.
The hypnotized mass of christians lately is an absolute disgrace. Seeing Christians so transfixed like spell bound zombies on this enemy themed garbage when they could be studying their bibles is sickening. It's not a matter of too little or too much. I've shown illustration of the themes of this 'game', the effects of it with some, how it allows the enemy in and that it is totally contradictory to the word of the Lord - whether it be for 5 mins or 5 days. This and anything of the like should not to say the very least have Christians captivated.
Let's pray that they all turn to Jesus instead and other non believers follow their lead.
