If a cup of hot coffee fell in the forest, and there was no one around to hear it, does it make a sound?

if a cup of perfectly delicious hot, black coffee was wasted like that,
the sound which promptly would be heard would be me weeping. hehe

Hmm ..........IDK?
I do know that if a cup of hot coffee fell on me, I'm pretty sure the people five blocks away would hear me screaming in pain?

That was awesome, thank you Ellie.:)

I hope someday the Lord will let me spend lots of my time playing music so as to bring others joy, just like I was given joy when I listened to this song.

People like to say "Google it".
I like to say "Wikipedia it".

Although one could debate that Wikipedia is not "100% correct", I ask them...besides the Bible, what source of information is?

The collective knowledge on useless bits of information --the cliffnotes to so-called pop culture wisdom, and a deeper understanding of nothingness?---you have to love that?

A recent example:
I wanted to know who discovered "air" ( yes,...air...what we breathe:D)
Not only did I find out who claimed to have "discovered it":D....but in just 5 short paragraphs, I went from knowing nothing about air...to knowing every single thing about air.
( Sometimes Wiki can be very, very thorough.....in this case.....I found out that air was married to Kurt Russell in the early 80's)

How wonderful.:cool:

I'm just worried that one day my daughter will use Wikipedia as a final source in her homework. Okay...so it's not always good.

A bit too metallized sound for my taste, but reminded me of this... :)

Ah, technology at our fingertips. Then we're left with the moral of the story: To believe, or NOT to believe ... the controversy within the struggle to know who in fact discovered air -- of all things -- perhaps, we'll never know. Sad world we live in, I tell ya...

;-)

Am I the only one left on the planet (besides small children) that doesn't drink coffee??

I like Latte's and Cappuccino's on rare occasions. But I'd rather drink tea. I'm beginning to feel an outcast LOL

Psalm 27:1

The Lord is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the strength of my life;
Of whom shall I be afraid?

well...y'know...i had to add coffee in case someone came along and thought
i was proposing whiskey....
:rolleyes:

when i was in high school (before electricity? lol) i wanted to lose 10 pounds and i began drinking black (no sugar) coffee...got used to it, and now prefer it. lattés and cappuchinos are just too sweet.

but yes! to tea. :)
we have ~100 boxes of the stuff at this moment, though i like loose leaf so i can make it strong. :)

a question...

when you were growing up, and where you are in life now,
were the people you primarily spent time with older than you, younger, or about the same age?

how do you feel it affected you?
