Sure.
(All measurements approximate)
Ingredients:
3-4 cups chopped cabbage (red & green)
1 cup chopped onion (white)
1lb ground turkey, cooked
Salt
Pepper
Chopped dry sweet basil leaves
Garlic powder
Ground ginger
3/4 bottle teriyaki sauce
(don't forget to grease pan)
In 8x8 deep ceramic pan layer following in order:
1 1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup onion
Cooked ground turkey
Sprinkle salt and pepper
Generous shake of ground ginger, garlic powder, and sweet basil
1/2 cup onion
1 1/2 cup cabbage
Light sprinkle of all seasoning plus a tiny bit of chopped dry tarragon leaves (I also drizzle a bit of Mongolian fire oil [House of Tsang] on top which adds a delicious flaver and a bit of kick)
Bake in oven on 375°F until cabbage is tender. Pour sauce over casserole. Bake until sauce is hot(5-10 min). Enjoy!
