Invasion authorization Bill

Mexico said it "will" take back "Mexican nationals"(their citizens) but Texas needs to contact the nations the others came from and arrange deportation through them(China,Russia,Brazil,Gaza/Israel ect.)

The bill should simply state they can send the migrant back to where ever they made entry in to the US, and if that is not feasible then Texas has the right to expel them from the State of Texas to one of them blue states or cities that claims to be a sanctuary

The bottom line is the liberal courts will try to make this more difficult than it is to muddy the waters to make it look like Texas is doing something wrong when they are not.

The simple matter of the fact is under existing federal law people can only come in to this nation thru legal points of entry. Those that don't do that should be deported. Simple.

American citizens are required to follow the laws of this nation, so illegal immigrants should be required to do the same thing which is simply to enter our country thru one of numerous legal ports of entry instead of sneaking across illegally in violation of this nations existing federal laws that the feds refuse to enforce.

We are living in an age of lawless and anyone wanting to follow the law will be attacked as though they are the law breaker.

Mexico and the cartels have been waging war against the USA since they lost their territories. But the politicians do not wish to face this fact. Now their president says they will not accept deportees from a state (Texas). But even if the federal government took action (under Trump) they would still refuse to take responsibility. that's a good one too,,, "sneaking across the river in broad open daylight,, right in front of of National Guard,State Troopers and Custom Border Patrol agents at the same time trying their best to get to one of them because they don't have 20 pesos to pay to cross the bridge ,,,".. Don't it make you wonder at all if they were actually sneaking across the border why they go to the "port of entry" instead of just walking 10 or so miles down from it where there is no fence?

There are requirements for coming in to this country, and not going thru the actual port is illegal.

Right now, the biden administration will NOT allow border patrol to stop anybody from coming in to this country which is why they cross the river in broad day light with no fear.

They actually want to surrender to the boarder patrol so they can get turned over to a catholic charity who has been given government funds to give to the illegal aliens and transposition to anywhere in the US they'd like to go where they get free food and a place to stay all free! All paid for by US tax payers.

Liberals want to claim they don't have to follow the law but American citizens do.

Well your saying "Texas verses Mexico" as if Texas might exit the US and form it's own nation.. Which would mean that the US would close it's bases in Texas and move their tanks,jets ect. out of it(about 96 bases) which would leave Texas with about 29,000 troops verses Mexico's 400,000 man standing army and 100,000 reserves(half million man army verses about 30,000) ,,,lets hope Texas isn't that dumb...
