I bet they follow the laws they gave on their web page but to each their own. All Hispanics are Latino but not all Latinos are Hispanic(some Latinos speak other languages other than Spanish i.e. Portuguese,Quechua ect.) Mexico is a nation not a race of people(Mexican means their citizens of the nation named Mexico) and so it's impossible to "look" at a citizen of Mexico and tell if they are or not(some are Indian,black,white,,blonde,red heads ect.)...
None of that will matter because a US citizen will have a driver's license or govt issued ID card which will be in the system. Those folks will be allowed to go on about their day.
Those with no driver's license or govt issued ID and who are not in the system will be detained for further investigation to verify whether they are a US citizen and if not to verify if they are here legally or illegally.
Those here illegally will be deported by the State of Texas which is the right of the state to do this since the fed refuse to enforce federal laws on the books that say this is what has to be done.

I will never buy cable TV.

I never cared what Murdock's Fox in the henhouse said. Any station espousing the Simpsons next to their news station format is a hypocritical shill acting like a voice for family values. The entire leftists news media that makes up the rest, whether Democracy Now, NPR, or the Young Turds are serving their father the devil.

You are absolutely right. There was a time when the news was simply news and the media reported whatever was to be reported. Of course, a lot of the news was not worth bothering with, and there was a lot of sensationalism and gossip.
But at least the Leftist bias was absent. There was no planned, deliberate, Leftist slant to the news. There was no attempt to manipulate listeners towards what was evil and unlawful and Communistic. But all that changed once the billionaires who owned the media decided that America must become a Communist enclave. This could have been since the 1980s.
These billionaires profited from the freedom and free enterprise system that made America the leading country in the world. Rather than be thankful for their privileges and support freedom, justice, law and order, and democracy, they went in the exact opposite direction and promote evil. They gobbled up and destroyed all the independent voices in the media, and ensured that there would be only one direction -- Leftist propaganda. They learned no lessons from the failure of the Soviet Union, but wanted the same kind of totalitarian system.
Now all the Western media simply echo each other and produce either fake news or total bias against conservatives, Christians, and those who wish to uphold the truth. There is no in-depth reporting, analysis of the news, or investigative reporting. This is the Mainstream Media (MSM), which includes all the social media like Facebook, Twitter etc.
They will never ask the politicians the tough questions that need to be asked. They will shut down whatever does not fit their narrative. When a white person commits a crime, he is guilty until proven innocent. But when a black person commits a heinous crime, there are a hundred and one excuses made for him, or the media will simply hide the crime. When Laken Riley was brutally murdered by an illegal criminal who was already known to have a criminal history and was paroled because he was an illegal, none of the MSM were outraged at this. But when Biden called criminal illegals "newcomers" the media were more than happy to allow this deception to go unchallenged.
The media have been covering for Obama and Biden on a daily basis. But they attacked and denigrated Trump on a daily basis, and promoted every hoax imaginable as the truth. Then they covered up the Hunter Biden laptop from Hell, and promoted the hoax that this was "Russian disinformation". But since there is no accountability of any kind today, no one has been prosecuted for these crimes.

You and I are adults and seek God's Word for discernment in all areas of life.
We know there are biases and choose what to believe and what to disregard as lies..
When the Bible says, "The whole world lieth in wickedness', it's more relevant now than early in life as it's out of the closet evil that's loud and proud.
Since the Devil is revealing the evils rather than covering with a veneer of morality, we can see major spiritual attacks coming in an attempt to strengthen his kingdom.
We are likely to look back on this as the good old days if we live to see a handful more. Nevertheless, the Lord is already the victor and our King

A good recommendation. Now let's see if Abbott and his government have the guts to do what should have already been done long ago. Which also means war with Mexico, since Mexico thinks that its citizens have the right -- as illegals -- to invade America and remain. They are saying they will not accept deported illegals back into Mexico (where they came from in the first place).

I tried to explain that in post #223 because of his usage of the word Hispanic(used incorrectly) but your misunderstanding what Mexico is saying also. Mexico said it "will" take back "Mexican nationals"(their citizens) but Texas needs to contact the nations the others came from and arrange deportation through them(China,Russia,Brazil,Gaza/Israel ect.)

We need to remember that Christians are NOT called to save this world or save the United States.
Both will be succumb to the coming one world government and it's one world leader (anti-christ) and since the Lord is allowing all that to happen, Christians are not call by the Lord to try and stop it.
It's dad that if Trump doesn't get re-elected, many who say they are Christians will slide in to deep depression and fear because their hearts are not really with the Lord as their hearts are failing them for fear of what is coming upon the world.
Those the believe what the liberals tell them are deceived and deserve what they get.
Mexico allowed them to pass thru their country so they are responsible to take them back.
Maybe we need to close all vehicle traffic between Texas and Mexico which will hurt them far more than it will hurt us.
We need to start separating from Mexico and plan to have no more trade with them unless they want to assume responsibility for their actions which is encouraging people to cross the border illegally.

From what I've seen on our local news after SCOTUS sent SB4 back to the Appeals Court(where it was stayed again) they ask the States representatives how they planned to deal with several issues(they had no answer). SB4 has problems in it's wording like Mexico,nearest port of entry ect. One of the Judges even ask what they would do if a migrant came into Texas from NM which is one of the 19 states that issue ID,drivers license ect. to non citizens(they said they didn't know). Thousands of migrants cross into US from Canada and then travel to Texas according to SB4 they are to be taken back to the Canadian border not Mexico.
The bill should simply state they can send the migrant back to where ever they made entry in to the US, and if that is not feasible then Texas has the right to expel them from the State of Texas to one of them blue states or cities that claims to be a sanctuary
The bottom line is the liberal courts will try to make this more difficult than it is to muddy the waters to make it look like Texas is doing something wrong when they are not.
The simple matter of the fact is under existing federal law people can only come in to this nation thru legal points of entry. Those that don't do that should be deported. Simple.
American citizens are required to follow the laws of this nation, so illegal immigrants should be required to do the same thing which is simply to enter our country thru one of numerous legal ports of entry instead of sneaking across illegally in violation of this nations existing federal laws that the feds refuse to enforce.
We are living in an age of lawless and anyone wanting to follow the law will be attacked as though they are the law breaker.
This is how the liberal rolls as they are being led by their father the devil.
