    Objections against Jesus' resurrection

There are theories from critics that people have held to over the years to say Jesus did not rise from the dead. 1... Jesus only swooned on cross Here are some big problems with this and why this theory bit the dust.. The crucifixion process can kill someone before they are put on the cross...

    Is Believing/Behaving Correctly a Work/Debt

Yeah, believing on the Lord Jesus Christ is not a work, seeing it is led by Jesus, by His conviction on the soul. All the person believing is doing is giving in to conviction, not promising to do good works or behaving a certain way. Romans 10:9-10, John 5:24, Ephesians 2:8-10.

Point of comparison for Hebrews 10:26: Hebrews 10:16-20 KJVS - This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; 17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 18 Now where...

PREDESTINATION (CALVINISM) VS. HUMAN FREE WILL (ARMINIANISM)

PREDESTINATION (CALVINISM) VS. HUMAN FREE WILL (ARMINIANISM)

Context: animal sacrifice The Hebrew believers here as new believers, have gone back to Judaism rituals, being the sacrifice of bulls and goats. Under the New Testament system, they don't do this anymore, and it's treating Jesus's one sacrifice for all as nothing. So it's about putting...

PREDESTINATION (CALVINISM) VS. HUMAN FREE WILL (ARMINIANISM)

I think it is a misnomer to just have Calvinism and Arminianism as they only options for salvation. First..the bible alone is the determiner of salvation doctrine.. not Jacob Arminius or John Calvin. Second..most of the time Arminianism is associated with not being eternally secure and...

The Torah is Still Binding and We Must Obey It

Romans 7:6 KJVS - But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter. Following the law without a spirit redeemed by Jesus is spiritual death. Following the law as a way of service has...

    THE REAL BAPTISM

A key thing here is asking key questions about what is happening in the text itself. Is it an entire group being baptised? Then it most likely isnt individuals getting baptised by immersion in water. If it is an individual... were they converted before the baptism? If so, then that...
